Read moreI’m a local and , and love Sabarros food, but when an error per Sabarros charging me for a slice of pizza $ 17.00+ instead of the $6.27 per receipt given to me,. I came back to the store to see the Mgr . To refund me the $ 10.80 overcharge and he indeed refunded it to me, but not Without a threatening argument , Warning me that I will only do it this time only ,which I thought was so bizarre and so rude of especially a Mgr Blaming me for their glitch of a computer error transmitting the wrong price to my Wells Fargo bank. I could have easily filed a claim with the bank as I have 100% proof . Secondly the service at this establishment is very unprofessional as another customer already mentioned and I second that. No customer should tolerate this kind of behavior this Mgr has displayed. Please retrain your Mgr and staff to treat customers politely and professionally. Read moreI went twice and ate once. The first time it must have been a shift change, or dude didn't want to go through the effort of picking up a slice of pizza. I'm not sure. I was starving and the guy was standing behind a pile of food looking like he was ready to take my order, looked at me and just said "We're closed". I was looking at the sign that said open 24hrs. It's not a big deal but after my first day in Vegas after the travel and the super long day... That was the last thing I wanted to hear.
I did go back a couple days later (I would've been back daily if not for the first visit) and the staff was super helpful. I did get a deep dish and the reheat oven thing didn't quite get it up to temp for my liking. They tossed it in the oven and I was happy.
There's other food there if you happen to come across the 25th hour in the day they close. Fuddruckers is next door and they were excellent as well.
