Fuddruckers at Orleans Casino — Restaurant in Nevada

If you have ever been to an original Fuddruckers, absolutely DO NOT GO HERE. This location is a counter in a casino food court. There is no area for adding fresh condiments or produce to the entree you order. The seating is dirty tables in the area shared with Sbarro, Baskin Robbins, and others farther down the counter. Imagine waiting 15 minutes for a sub grade hamburger served in a Styrofoam box while breathing smoky casino air and watching children drip ice cream and/ or pizza sauce on the tables and floor. While waiting to place the order, for 17 minutes, we were forced to stand in the only available place, the place casino traffic walked through from the slot machines or the convention area, some of whom would start their own line and get served before the ancient man waiting patiently and politely ahead of us. The shared tables were filthy and uncomfortable. The condiments were in little plastic packets. The burgers were not built as ordered. The barbecue burger had no barbecue sauce. The other burger had no cheese. On the positive side, the burgers were large and well cooked, and the people watching during the long wait was fabulous (were you to enjoy the parade of assorted patrons). In summary, after walking half a mile through a very smoky casino, you will not find the restaurant that you have visited in other cities.This is not the Fudruckers we have...

Avoid this place, especially if you love Fuddruckers. It is not good. I have planed 800 mile round trips to eat at fuddruckers. (Albuquerque and Phoenix, did other things too, but missed fuddruckers and called them Fuddtrips)

This place is a no-go.

Went there Dec 14t, 2023, Lady behind the counter was ok, missed a drink order and had a clueless look when questioned about an item. This Fuddruckers was in a casino so.... condiment bar was behind glass. Asked for lots on lettuce, got 1 leaf. Friends hamburger was drowning in shredded lettuce though, she asked for a little.

No refills on drinks, so after sharing my drink due to the missed order we were shocked to see signs for no refills. We left very thirsty. The syrup for the dr.pepper was off, the carbonation was weak.

People were smoking nearby.

She did not finish her burger, (unusual) I tasted it, and the meat was not good. Mine was fine, I tasted hers again, yuck.

Had better chicken strips from the Maveric gas station.

Inconsistent food quality. Bad atmosphere, employees that are not great at their job.

We made the decision to stick to the actual restaurants with a proper building.

What a shame. Fuddruckers was my favorite hamburger since I was 12. (50 now). This place is questionable at best and will not ever see another dollar from me or my friends...

If there was an option for negative stars, I would have it to given them. The manager on duty on 7/12/2025 between 4:22 pm to 5:15 pm was completely incompetent and his lack of interest in the customers was disrespectful. I ordered fish and chips and a Swiss burger at 4:22 pm and I didn't hear my order being called by 5:05 pm. I was upset not because of the long wait, but because when I waited for my food, I saw people who ordered after me with the exact same items as I did picked up their order long before me. I have raised this complaint twice with the service person, she had no other response for me than "everyone is waiting", all the while, the GM was standing in the back without coming up to help address the issue, or acknowledging that there was an issue. I finally gave up and asked to cancel my order, and someone else came to do the credit card for me. It wasn't the GM who again ignored the whole situation. I never received any sort of apology for the delay and over 50 mins of time wasted. I hold no grudge against the cashiers, it's the manager's responsibility to run a smooth operation and handle customer complaints, and he failed at his job miserably. I wish the owner would find someone else to run your operation, someone actually cares even a tad bit about the people who give...
