Lots good about this place and I'll get into that but first I need to give a very big warning. Do not use the Wi-Fi!!! It is completely unprotected and we had one of our devices get hacked while on the network and we were able to actually track it so we know it was through their open network. Because we couldn't tell what all on our laptop was affected, and the entire system was glitching such that it was unusable, we ended up having to completely wipe the device. We also had to change all of our passwords because anything we had entered while on the network was now compromised. Luckily we didn't have any negative impact to our banking. But this is just ridiculous and completely unprofessional to allow unprotected WiFi like this at a resort in 2025!!! How someone in basic network security, not that hard. Okay now about the rest of it... The location was fine as it was not too far off the strip and they have a shuttle that takes you to the strip. There are plenty of food options walking distance from the resort which is really nice and a drug store in case you forgot something. This was convenient when getting in late. The staff at the front desk was kind and it was easy to get checked in. However, they didn't tell us that there was an elevator on only the front side of the resort. When they told us to drive to the last building and that's where the entrance closest to our room was, they failed to mention that it was only stairs. Because of this we went in through that door and then had to walk all the way to the front of the building, which was completely opposite side, to take the elevator up and then walk all the way back because we couldn't take our luggage up the stairs. The rooms were clean and nice and everything was totally fine. The beds were comfy. All the things good. The fireplace was lovely and really heats up the room so definitely don't keep it all night or while you're gone. My son's left on the sofa bed and he said that was comfy, so that's rare and we'll take the win. The pool was actually fairly warm considering we went at night and it was really quite cold outside. The jacuzzi was beautiful with a lovely rock waterfall coming into it and it was spacious and perfectly warm. Because this was off season they only had one jacuzzi on, but that was fine because only two other people even came out on a Sunday night. Also, we had a lot of fun with their little basketball hoop that was on the edge of the pool and one at the jacuzzi and basketballs, so you can play from in the pool. Note about the shuttle: make note of exactly where the shuttle picks up from the strip because at treasure Island it is around the building to the left. It is not in the front of the building or on the right of the building like Google maps tells you. Also make note of the timing of the shuttle because you don't want to get left behind and it's only once per hour. Also, this facility doesn't have any kind of game room or arcade for teenagers or kids and I didn't see any way to rent board games or anything like that, so if you want more amenities then stay at the other Tahiti village.

Update: we had to leave early and checked out one day earlier due to my wife getting very ill (did not use the second night, even though we had to pay for it through a 3rd party), but asked for a refund of the resort fee for unused day 6/8-9, but there is no response from the manager and every time we call the front desk, they claim the manager is always out. If I don’t hear back from them, I will be leaving a completely different review of this. I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel in such good condition. My daughter also stayed, but had experienced some smell of weed in the elevators and hallways which the front desk took care of immediately. The front desk staff is super friendly and nice and helpful when our remote was not working then the maintenance guy came right away. Evidently someone had taped over the sensor. The pool is clean and nice. We had a studio style room that we had very good sleep with a comfortable mattress,m and pillows, cold air conditioning, and it was very quiet. My only complaint is there seems to be a lot of locals that come here with our entire families that are pretty loud and noisy, but I’m not too bothered by it, just popped the headphones and I guess. They need more equipment that’s up-to-date in the fitness room. Be nice if they added a cycle style bike, hand weights a scale and a real elliptical instead of the old-fashioned stepper that is ineffective. I took off another star for my entire salad, freezing in the refrigerator.!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on Sept 19th - Sept 22nd. I originally chose this location for the pricing. I was very happy with my room and the pool area. My room had a small kitchen area that had a microwave and refrigerator and sink. Key information to know, none of the hotels or resorts on the strip have microwaves anymore. This was an added bonus in my opinion as I always had leftover food to warm up later in the evening.. The bathroom had great shelf space and a jet tub that i took advantage of after walking around the strip all day. The pool area is perfect for ppl who actually want to relax. No crowd, no loud music, two different pool areas, a hot tub AND a place to grill food!!! I also appreciated the blankets for the bed, as there was a nice heavy fuzzy blanket compared to what i have experienced at other hotels. I read alot of reviews about the hotel being outdated but in my opinion it wasn't bad. Also as a heads up if you plan on utilizing the shuttle, the drop of for it is at the Excalibur at the beginning of the strip so make sure you give yourself enough time to walk to anywhere you planned on going on the strip. The shuttle also stops at 8pm to go to the strip and 815pm to come back from the strip. I did not venture out around the hotel but I did notice a good amount of places to eat and get necessities very close to the hotel.

I am updating this review because I have been told by the two places we have checked into since this last experience said this is unacceptable. I am changing the star rating as well to hopefully get someone's attention.

We checked out 1/18/25. We called the same day to say we could come back and grab the items we left behind. This is what we left behind. Medication (not dangerous or addictive) nonperishable food items, protein and Overnight Oats packages, mayo, seasonings, snacks, silicone containers, and a few other snacks. The value of what we left exceeded $100. They said they threw it away.

I called the next day (1/19 1:41 PM) and I spoke with Randy (front desk supervisor) he was very respectful and said he would pass the information to his bosses. I did not receive any communication other than the apology (on this post) that said the medication was dangerous?? No, it was not. They said "disposed" not "thrown away." This was after I told the employees I spoke with you cannot just throw medication away, you have to dispose of it properly.

1/21 9:03 I called back, the manager was not available. 1/22 3:11 I called back, left message for "Tom," no response. 1/23 11:10 I called back left message with housekeeping manager

Still waiting for a call back.

Original: We checked out. They threw what we left behind away. Didn’t even try to call us! I have never ever heard of this happening before.

They had our phone number they could’ve called. They threw away my prescription medication and they don’t seem to think it’s a problem.

I called just hours after we left and told them we could come back and get the items…they had already threw them away and they gave away the room we paid for!

This is horrible, how is this legal?

I received a response from the owner. They also threw away items that were not food, but were containers for the food. None of the items that were thrown away were perishable. They had our phone number. I would say that I do not Understand at all why they threw everything away. We called just a few hours after we left. There was ample time to let us know. This issue is not...

We made our reservation about a month and a half to two months out. When we got there check in was at 4:00 p.m. They called us around 10:30 a.m. and said if we come between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. we can check in early which we did. When we got there they said it was a mistake and they shouldn't have called us along with a few other people who got the call. When we got back at 4:00 p.m. for check in we were told that they were overbooked and our rooms had to be downgraded. Which wasn't enough space for all of us. They said for the first night we would have to keep those rooms and then they can upgrade us back to our normal rooms the following day. They were going to refund 50% off the first night along with some other things for the inconvenience. The next day only one of the rooms was available. At this point it's become extremely inconvenient. We decided to just keep the current rooms we were in. Besides receiving the refund we also needed a refund for the following night seeing as We paid for the bigger room and ended up staying in the smaller room. I was told they had to get in touch with the site we used for the refund and would receive a call back which hasn't happened. I informed them we also need the difference refunded for the rooms for the other nights seeing as we stayed in the smaller rooms. The woman at the front desk seemed confused. Because that information wasn't added. And apparently they were only requesting the discount for the first night. Although common sense would say that we paid more than what we got so it should be refunded. I've called a few times and keep being told a manager will call me back when they get there. Check out was over 2 days ago and we still have not been refunded. Or even received a call at this point. The entire trip was extremely unprofessional. And we've had nothing but problems. I highly recommend against...
