I always go to this location and never experience BAD customer service EVER. But I guess it’s a first for everything. I walked into the store and there’s a man being helped by another gentleman so I’m waiting patiently for it to be my turn to place my order. When the man behind the counter gets done his order instead of greeting me and moving on to helping me he turns to one of the young ladies workers say something to her and they walk to the back. Another young lady and I believe her name is Juana (that’s the name on the receipt) sees what he just did and she immediately acknowledge and proceeds to help me with my order since the gentleman felt the need to not do that.
Not sure if he’s a manager or what I feel like that was very rude and unprofessional and not how you treat people. And even after all this still did not make sense about this. And once the young lady was done with my order he quickly comes back to help the same that man was waiting for fresh food.
it’s not that the customer before me didn’t know how to speak English because that customer knew how to speak English very well and so did the gentleman that was behind the counter so it’s not like it was a language barrier or anything, So I don’t understand why he felt he had to be so rude.

And the 3 managers were just sitting on the computer. Then get to the register and they proceed to not ring me up while my meal was there and ready bu to walk to the back and disappear. The worst of all- now they only give you ONE (1) sauce per $12 meal. Each additional SOY SAUCE is 55 cents!! 😳 seen multiple people upset in the 15 min I was there when there was 1 person ahead of me in line when I got there. Absolite horrible horrible service and the ladies working were extremely rude about the extra sauce. I finally just gave her all my change and said please just give me 2 more soy sauce so I can leave (had 3 ladies at the register trying to figure out how to put 2 extra soy sauces in the computer. I usually eat at this location twice- 3 times a week but I will NOT be coming back and I suggest finding a different panda location!! The manager shouldn't even be a worker let alone a manager. Read moreI love Panda, but this location had a long wait, incredibly rude servers, and the food was tasteless and bland. The tiny older woman who "served" me glared at me without saying a word when it was my turn. I asked her what the Chef's Choice labeled option was (I later saw a commercial and figured out it was the 5 something shrimp) and she shrugged and snapped at me, "It's the Chef's." She pointed vaguely behind her. So rude. We watched an employee load up a solid plate and asked if we could have ours on plates too, to save waste, but they said, "Yeah" the same way you'd say "Duh" if this was 1994, and proceeded to give us paper plates anyway. While we were paying, we watched the younger Hispanic chick at the register and the older lady openly mock and laugh at an older man who was unfamiliar with the menu. Yeah, not everyone works at Panda Express. Hard to be elitist when you are terrible at your very easy job, but somehow they pulled it off. Really repulsive behavior, ruins your appetite.
