So sad that I went to this Taco Bell :-(. I did a $40 order today about 2 pm and I order A number 6 with a mago brisk for drink, 2 beefy five layer burritos , two Doritos Loco‘s tacos, two-soft tacos, crunchy wrap supreme,Chicken quesadilla, 12 of the cinnamon delights, large dr.pepper, and a large Baja blast soda, ok so I had gone with my niece and nephew because Taco Bell is our favorite place to eat, but today after getting home, sad to say the least we were missing to Doritos Loco‘s tacos and normally my niece gets three, but I guess not today so I decided to call this Taco Bell and there was no answer so after being home for the past 40 minutes calling and calling and there was no answer so I decided to go through drive-through again and when I come in they ask if how my day was going and of course I said not good can I speak to your manager so they asked me to pull in to the window so I did, of course I was very mad for the simple fact that they weren’t answering their phone and I had to come back. So I get to the window in the manager approaches me and said how can I help you so with a mad voice and the attitude I had I said first of all! you guys need to answer the phone because I’ve been trying to call for the past 40 minutes and you guys are not answering your phone and the first thing she tells me is, our phone doesn’t work is broken, so I said second of all you need to get that fixed and third I want my money back for the two Doritos Loco’s tacos that you were missing in our order in the second thing she asked was where is the rest of the food and I said we ate it and the reason I’m mad is because for the past 40 minutes I’ve been calling and you guys weren’t answering the phone so here’s my receipt I just want a refund. so she takes the receipt doesn’t even say sorry and she doesn’t even try to fix or to offer anything else I mean you would think that a manager would try to mend the error but not her she just got into the register got the money and the change and she said have a nice day and she kept my receipt and of course I left mad so thank you for a nice start of...
Read moreI purchased an order on 1/25/23. I asked for a bean burrito with no onion for my child who hates onion. I called up there that night to let the manager on duty know about the situation. He said would you like to come up and get a new one or a credit I asked for a credit. Wasn’t asking for a full order just a bean burrito and was willing to pay for the rest of my order that was correct tonight. However, Ashley the manager on duty on 2/1/23 i placed the order in drive thu and she came to the window before I even pulled up. Kept asking for 15.22. when I asked if the bean burrito was comped she stated she couldn’t do anything without receipt or who I talked to but he never provided me his name told me to keep the receipt which I kept the receipt. unfortunately it was left in my second car tonight i provided her the day and showed her the transaction on my bank statement she still wouldn’t honor credit of a 1.99 burrito it’s not about the price it was more of the action behind it. So I had my husband take a picture of the receipt and provided proof of the situation. Ashley made it well known that her authority meant more to her that providing customer service, and honoring a burrito. I asked her to pull up who was on duty that night and she didn’t want to do the research. I asked who the General Managers name was she said she couldn’t give out that information. I called up to a different Taco Bell on blue diamond and spoke with the manager there and not only did she provide me the General Managers name is David she then told me she was more than willing to fix the situation for me and it wasn’t even at that location… Taco bell on blue diamond will be forever obtaining my business...
Read moreThis evening my husband and I went to this taco bell and grabbed food unfortunately not getting handed our card back with the food like usual with the first employee. We made it home and noticed the card was missing. We called the location to see if they had it and they did. My husband used his card but I offered to go pick it up so that he could stay and eat the meal while it was hot. Once I arrived, I received a respectful and pleasant welcome from a second young woman that we didn't meet before. She had me verify my husband's card with cv number but unfortunately I couldn't recall it. I call him and he couldn't remember it either. Although I was able to verify his name and he later after a couple of wrong attempts was able to verify the exp date and the last 4 digits. The young woman (I don't know her name) was extremely hesitant of giving back the card and just needed more proof. She allowed us to take the card after we found all the right information and could verify it properly. I wanted to write this message to state that I really appreciate that she took the time to make sure the card got to the right person and didn't hand it off to just anyone. There's definitely value in someone with that much...
