What an absolutely horrible place, don’t waste your time of money. Came here to eat and all three of us ordered. Nothing was as you’d expect and I ordered a chicken quesadilla. I got this wrapped thing in foil. I opened it up and immediately mentioned this nicely. I was instantly responded to with arguments. I was told I was charged for a cheese quesadilla twice by two people. You don’t know till you see the food or receipt. I trusted the order was right but noticed once I got my food and paying for three of us the total number doesn’t instantly tell you this. I told them I ordered a chicken quesadilla and my people with me heard that too. Charging me because you hear wrong is one thing. But rather than help out they argue. I just left it on the counter and got food next door. Even if I ordered a cheese quesadilla this is a sloppy and poorly prepared one and served poorly...

Alejandra the store manager got our order wrong and let us know she was unable to fix because she’s not going to waste the food and refused to give us a refund. They only fix the order if it’s their fault, WHICH IS WAS. She still refused to fix her mistake. We wanted plain rolled tacos instead we got rolled tacos with Crema Lettuce and Cheese. I come here every other day ordering the same rolled tacos and have never received them with cream and lettuce. She would only give us a new order if she charged us again. I asked for the owners name she did not want to give me any information. And told us if we got our order wrong that’s on us and not their fault. Beware of Don Tortaco when paying with any kind of card, they will try to scam you. I went in to purchase a burrito this morning, and payed with my card. I then received a receipt and stepped outside for a moment while they were supposed to prepare my burrito. When I came back in they told me that my charge didn't go through although it had and the receipt I received said paid in full. After showing them it had in fact went through, they told me I would not receive my burrito unless I paid again. I then walked out, and reported it to my financial institution.
