Wanted to check this place out at around 8:30p last night, as I'm moving to the area and live on fruit smoothies. Couldn't walk into the front door without stepping over rude vagrants.
Then when I get inside, all the workers are standing around on their cell phones. One worker, skinny young woman with long dark hair, is loitering from in front of the counter and is off-putting when she asks me, "Picking up?". I told her I was ordering in if that was OK and if they were still open. No response, just a flippant attitude. Another long-haired young woman, pops up from behind the counter and says pointedly, "We're not serving food right now." I tell her I just want a smoothie if that's OK. Again, a flippant reaction.
So now I'm really adverse to the situation; it was obvious they took zero pride in their jobs. Then a young Black woman is glued to her phone as I'm waiting to order. When she finally asked me what I wanted, I told them all that I was no longer interested in ordering and that they needed to up their game because their attitude wasn't doing the business any favors.
I left quietly and was heading towards the grocery store a few shops away when the 2 women that were behind the counter proceeded to yell at me from the front door of their storefront that they didn't have an attitude, that i was giving them attitude, etc. These women were rude from the moment I stepped in.
The argument continued, so I recorded what I could. I told them they needed to go back inside and do their jobs or else the vagrants at their doorstep will gladly take their positions. They continued to yell at me and began gaslighting me, lying about my behavior in the store by exaggeration.
I'll never come back to this location. It's a horribly disturbing venue with inattentive, ignorant workers. I'm going to open up a Jamba Juice nearby instead. Let's see if they can...

Monday, November 25 1:40pm I was in the location at Warm Springs and Eastern (Albertson’s shopping center) to grab a smoothie on my lunch break.
There is no service to rate because I DID NOT RECEIVE SERVICE AND WAS IGNORED FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN UNTIL THE MOMENT I WALKED OUT.
I entered the door (which makes noise as you enter, letting employees know someone has entered) and looked at the menu while I was deciding what I wanted.
I was never greeted when I entered.
I stood at the counter top looking at the menu and STILL was NOT greeted or helped in any fashion.
I just stood there patiently as the 3 female employees just continued to talk about personal stuff and LITERALLY not even acknowledge I was standing there.
Several minutes passed and I moved towards the cashier station to make it obvious I was ready to order, at which point I STILL was not greeted or helped.
There were no other customers being helped at the time.
After more time of sitting and waiting to be helped OR EVEN GREETED, I walked out with no service at all.
Even when I walked out, no attempt was made to even acknowledge I was present.
This is the first and last time ever going to that location.
And you three employees know who you are. Think your company doesn’t know who was working at THAT location at 1:40 pm on Monday November 25th?
TRASH SERVICE FROM TRASH EMPLOYEES.

Read moreI really hate complaining about places and reserve comments only for exceptional service or food. Although the staff which there were 3 are friendly a few things made me give them a 1. They all where wearing masks however one of them had it on below the nose line. Which renders it meaningless. Being my 2nd trip ever to this location I won't be returning. I passed off the first trip to a new employee perhaps and moved on. Because they didn't know their own menu. However I ordered online this time as i had to rush my dog back to the vet because she ripped her stitches from surgery yesterday. While I waited for the vet to redo them and rebandage her I decided to order online. I placed my order at 112 pm. It said it would be ready by 127pm. I arrived at 138 pm and they told me it would be another 20 minutes before they could make it. My immediate thought was I ordered 2 standard smoothies from your normal menu and it takes almost an hour to make them? How do you even stay in business that way. It should never take longer then 2 minutes to make a drink. 5 maximum. I'm like I could have gone to 5 different Starbucks ordered there and recieved my order in that amount of time. I'm not sure what all the issues are at this store. But none of it makes sense or really makes me want to waste 20 dollars on essentially a...
