This is my all time favorite location, my family and I often have our Sunday lunch here and enjoy the great food and drinks and always good service. This place is a gem, great daily specials, including the rib eye steak on Saturdays and the turkey dinner on Sundays. I'm always recommending this location to friends and coworkers, who have been very pleased to say the least.
I do have to say in the last few weeks though I've visited, there has only been two staff members on the floor and the dining room is packed. Maybe it's because of the holidays, but we waited to be seated and before our waiter could take our order, the customers around us were complaining about the food not being hot enough and the steaks were not cooked as ordered. Marie the server happily did what she could to have the kitchen fix it, but Several of them were complaining about the wait time as well. I'm not sure who is running the kitchen now, but it's definitely a problem back there. The waitress Marie was doing all her best to get our order out, but even then, our food was not as hot as we normally would get and Dado was keeping our drinks filled at all times. I've got to say, if it wasn't for the two of them keeping a friendly smile and checking in on everyone to keep them comfortable, we would have walked out. I hope that management steps in an rectifies it and gets a few more servers to help Marie and Dado and kitchen help, your location is a gem, would hate to see it ruined, let's keep up there good status on yelp and reviews. Marie and Dado, Keep up the great work and attitude,...
Read moreI stopped by the bar this morning and ordered a Bloody Mary from the bartender, Rachel. While I was putting my earbuds away, my phone briefly played for maybe five seconds, and out of nowhere, Rachel jumped down my throat about it. I immediately apologized and explained that I was just putting my earbuds away and didn’t mean for the music to play.
Still, the way she reacted was completely unnecessary. It’s not like my phone was blasting for five minutes or that I was having a loud conversation at the bar. The volume wasn’t any louder than her own conversation with two patrons across the bar or even the background music that was already playing.
She also mentioned that another lady a few seats down had done the same thing earlier, which honestly makes it sound like she was already on edge. Either way, that’s not how customers should be treated. I came in to enjoy my breakfast and a drink, not to be scolded over something so minor.
The whole situation ruined the experience for me to the point that I couldn’t even enjoy my Bloody Mary — I ended up leaving it unfinished. Next time, I’ll just sit in the restaurant instead of at the bar and play the machines.
It’s a shame because I actually enjoyed my meal, I know I’m not a regular at the bar as many people are but that interaction with Rachel really left a bad taste...
Read moreDon not go here under any circumstances,,,!!
Went there early morning and it took 45 plus minutes to get my food. I was the only customer in the place, then a couple came in (someone who either worked there or knew the people who did). The man went back and hugged the “cook “ who was supposedly making my food. The man proceed to hassle me with a bunch of inappropriate and childish commentary. I had no interest in communicating with these people and I stuck to my machine. You would think the bartender would tell the rude and obnoxious customer to leave other patrons alone. The bartender did nothing and should be fired. I left the place right away and will not go back. The bacon was burnt and the pancakes unevenly cooked. No wonder you hear of violence at bars. If you have an ignorant bartender that allows customers to be...
