I'm not a big taco lover. But my friends enjoyed the experience. They all got what they wanted and then some. I must say to feed four people it was pretty resonable. Between the hard tacos, the bean burritos and the chulluppas. I dont think I came out of pocket for over tweenty tweenty five dollars. We also added in a few drinks. The location of this taco bell is the best. Residing right accross the street is the coolest park in town. A wonderful place to enjoy your lunch. And the girl working the drive through was extra nice. She even offered us some free stuff. I think because I was charming with her. She wanted to do us a favour. How ever nice it was I causally turned down the offer. I didnt want her in trouble because I'm a flirt. Plus my girlfriend sitting next to me would have given me the buissness. All in all it was a nice stop for my burrito loving better half. And I got my reward for making her happy. It really is the best location as far as taco bell goes. Yeah it's a little hot out but the park is still a treat into itself. What a terrific lunch we had. And the girl who severed it was one nice easy on the eyes complete sweetheart. It's to bad more fastfood places don't employ such dandies for their service. And to clear things up the free stuff she offered where hot and mild packs with some extra ice. Nothing to get anybody up in arms. The nicest thing she offered was her million dollar smile. I hope she becomes the manager. She sure does have the hospitality part nailed down. And like I said we all got outta there with about tweenty bucks and we had four of us. Not bad not bad at all. We sure will patrient this location...
Read moreThe worst experience ever - it seems the employees are so careless at this location. I had ordered through Uber Eats the whole order froM Tacobells Iner eats menu which had a section on Veggie cravings - ordered few black bean veggie chalupas, bean burritos and a black bean veggie crunch wrap supreme . My black bean crunch wrap supreme instead was received with Beef!!!! This is horrible. I am a strict vegetarian and when I took the first bite I realized something is not right and I opened the crunch wrap supreme and I see and smell beef and not beans!! This was my worst experience ever!! I understand mistakes happen but hey you are in food industry and you have to really be careful and very serious about your job. For those who have never eaten meat and you make them eat because of your mistake and they have huge mental stress, trauma and there can be serious health issues… who takes responsibility for that??? Is it Uber eats mistake, Uber delivery drivers mistake or restaurant mistake? When I called Tacobell the employees says she ran out of black beans and driver told its ok to put what she had. I mean seriously?? Is that what Uber eats driver does to your order?? Then employee says her screen showed the order with meat ? Now again, is this Uber eats problem or taco bell? Because in my order on app I clearly see I Ordered Black bean crunch wrap supreme from...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is normally a 3-4 not because of the workers, but because of the people who own it/run it. They only have the minimum number of workers, which causes orders to take longer, and a lot of strain on the workers; that's not fair to them. However, the person who makes this place 5 stars is Juan C. He usually works the night shift, is very personable, always greets us with the utmost enthusiasm and even remembers us on the speaker. We have a very personalized order, which we do ahead of time before we get to the drive-through, and when he's working, it's always right. The other workers have been insensitive in the past and put meat and cheese in our orders (we're vegan), or forgot items. Juan C. cares about customers. He is always happy to be there, he makes customers feel good, and he gets orders accurate. Juan C. is an asset to this company. I will be asking if he got some sort of promotion or reward in about a month from now. If he didn't, I'm giving this business 3 stars. Taco Bell, take care of your workers, or you don't...
