Savors Coffee: A Cozy Oasis in Henderson, NV
Nestled in the heart of Henderson, NV, Savors Coffee offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Having visited three times, I can confidently say that this café is a hidden gem, deserving of its stellar reputation. Here's a closer look at why Savors Coffee has quickly become one of my favorite spots.
Ambiance and Environment
From the moment you step inside Savors Coffee, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The environment is cozy and welcoming, perfect for anyone looking to relax, work, or catch up with friends. On my latest visit, a men's bible study was taking place, adding to the communal and friendly vibe of the café. The soft, enjoyable music playing in the background further enhances the serene ambiance, making it easy to lose track of time as you sip on your favorite brew.
The café's décor is minimalist yet elegant, with clean lines and a harmonious blend of natural elements. The abundance of greenery, such as the vibrant ferns and potted plants, creates a refreshing and tranquil setting. The white walls and wooden accents add to the airy, open feel of the space. It’s evident that a lot of thought has gone into creating an aesthetically pleasing environment that invites you to linger.
Delicious Offerings
One of the highlights of my visit was the vocatia bread and, of course, the coffee. The vocatia bread was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly complemented my coffee. Speaking of which, the coffee at Savors is exceptional. Each cup is brewed to perfection, with a rich and robust flavor that coffee enthusiasts will surely appreciate. Whether you're a fan of a classic espresso or a creamy latte, Savors has something to satisfy every palate.
The attention to detail extends to their selection of products, including a variety of premium olive oils displayed elegantly behind the counter. These artisanal offerings add a touch of sophistication and show the café’s commitment to quality and local goods.
Savors Swag Collection
For those looking to take a piece of Savors Coffee home, the café features a Savors swag collection room in the back, where you can purchase a variety of merchandise. From stylish mugs to cozy apparel, there's something for everyone. It's a great way to support your favorite local coffee shop while snagging some cool gear.
Room for Improvement
While Savors Coffee is nearly perfect, there's one minor detail that, if addressed, could elevate the experience to a full 5-star rating. The tiles on the bathroom floor are noticeably stained, which slightly detracts from the otherwise pristine environment. Replacing or deep-cleaning these tiles would make a significant difference and bring the café to an impeccable standard.
Final Thoughts
Savors Coffee in Henderson, NV, is a must-visit for anyone seeking a cozy, friendly, and delicious coffee experience. With its inviting ambiance, top-notch coffee, and tasty treats like vocatia bread, it's easy to see why this café is so beloved. Despite the minor issue with the stained tiles, Savors Coffee earns a well-deserved 4.9 stars from me. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and pay a visit—you won't be...
Read moreMy uncle and I stumbled onto this absolute gem while on a trip to Vegas. We loved every part of our experience at Savor.
My uncle is a Boomer whose definition of a great cup of coffee is a fresh pot of mcdonald’s finest. He’s a tough customer and has no interest in that “fufu coffee” as he describes it. Veronica, the owner, is so delightful and went out of her way to get my uncle a cup of coffee he would enjoy. While he wouldn’t proclaim it as the best coffee he has ever had, he did say it “wasn’t bad” which is a huge compliment from him!
As for me, I couldn’t get enough of the pure joy in a cup that Veronica whipped up for me. She pulled out some of her purest maple syrup to add to my latte with macadamia milk. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. It was so good that I ended up chugging it in about 3 minutes. So so yummy.
I was a HUGE fan of the vibe. There was a nice mix of people doing some work, friends catching up over a cup of Joe and moms corralling kids who were looking for their next adventure. For a people watcher like me, there was plenty to watch and find entertainment in. The music was peaceful and soft and the decor was simple but classy. A modern shop for sure but filled with plenty of personality.
Later that day we did end up finding that micky d’s coffee for my uncle - unfortunately it didn’t reach the threshold I require to write a review.
As for me, I’ll keep making a way to Savor to take in the delicious coffee and find a slice of peace in the craziness of the sin city. I highly recommend you check it out and visit Veronica. I promise you’ll find it to be full of...
Read moreBest coffee & service in all of Vegas. They do coffee right here (we have experience in coffee & have been to cafes all over the world & this place is as legit as it gets).
Plus, some of the Nicest people you'll ever meet!
We used to go to sunrise/mothership, but their customer service started lacking (became less friendly), and then the coffee went downhill, so that prompted us to find a new coffee place; we were so glad to find Savor.
The space is comfy and bright, with a good amount of seating, and good energy. The place is always spotless clean, and the bathrooms are nice and big.
It right across from the park, which is nice if you want to take a stroll, or what not.
They have a slayer, and the baristas know how to pull shots well.
The Chai and iced teas are also delicious and not overly sweet like other places. The pastries are good and their avocado toast is delicious.
They use Dark Moon coffee (local roaster). Not over roasted and good tasting. They use single origin for espresso; normally I don't like as espresso (I prefer a blend), but if you're like me, Savor + Dark moon pulls it off for even a great tasting cortado!
Our fave is the espresso roast they do exclusively for Savor, the Papua New Guinea.
I only wish there were more locations! ...
