Worst service and horrible customer service. Day manager should not be a manager anywhere. I went through drive thru and said I wanted a rallyburger with cheese meal. I didn't want mayo, ketchup or onion on my burger but I wanted mustard. Got to the window and cashier didn't know what I wanted on my burger. She asked me how I wanted it and I told her 3 times. She proceeded to tell the lady making my burger 4 or 5 times how I wanted it. Because of them not understanding how I wanted my burger the first time, I checked my burger as I left. Looked at top bun, it was dry, no mustard. Looked at bottom bun, it didn't have mustard either. I went back through drive thru, same side I first ordered, and told the same lady as before there was no mustard on my burger. Got to the window and gave back the sandwich. The lady that made my burger looked at me and said I put mustard on your sandwich. I told the buns were dry. She made me another burger but put onion on it. I gave back the burger and asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out arguing with me about there being mustard on the first burger. They remade my sandwich correctly. They showed me the first burger and where the mustard was. They did not put the mustard on the bun, like every other burger place, instead they put it on my cheese then put lettuce, tomato and pickle on top of the mustard then put bun on. Read morethe gm is so rude! literally always a problem when i say i need to use my rewards. i’m talking eye rolls and all. i’m a manager myself and i think rewards are a good thing! it means the customer came back! i eat here a couple times a week and i definitely will be going to state street moving forward. sweetest employees ever! terrible leader. owners get a true leader in here before he turns the employees into his type. terrible marketing!
edit- i did indeed decide to contact corporate, because i just feel as tho it is unacceptable to not demonstrate commitment and loyalty to guests. he should demonstrate spirit for his brand and their rewards. he is very unfit for this position and hopefully he is removed from it. there are a couple employees there that would definitely do a great job running the store. i strongly suggest anyone with an experience like mine to do as i did and let the corporate know. he is obviously in there for the perceived power and has no skills when it comes to dealing with the public. he took my hard earned money and disrespect me because i wanted to use their rewards program! shameeeeee on the general...
