McDonald's — Restaurant in New Baltimore

Once again a screwed up order (happens all the time at this store - the one on 23 mile gets it rght, the one in town rarely). This Micky D's can't serve the right food to a customer if their lives depended on it. They have NO idea what a hot french fry is either. When I was in Jr High, I watched them twice daily from my school bus window building that store from the ground up. They shouldn't have bothered, as they must give away more food because of screwups than they sell. Once again they are sending me out a CARD for the order that was wrong. Right wrapping but wrong product in it (I checked the bag and it LOOKED right). They are always overstaffed it seems - more staff behind the counter than in front, but to no avail in checking orders, so many of the staff look like deer glazing into the headlights of an on-coming semi, no idead what is going on.

How sanitary is it having the staff have their pant legs so long and shreeded that their cuffs are on the ground dragging behind them as they walk or the girls pants SO tight that it leaves nothing to think about but where is the striper pole in the diningroom???

They should have replaced the management and most of the staff instead of spending bucketfulls of money re-doing the building...it would have been money better spent.

Avoid this store and use the one on 23 mile instead - same owner - 200%...

At this point, mostly everything in terms of ordering food is via the kiosk, but last time I went with my father for a quick bite, we were even checked on by an actual staff member during our meal just to see if everything was all right and that was a wonderful surprise, especially at a fast food place, might have even been the first time I've been asked for any additional service at the table out of the [self-redacted] times I've been to McDonald's over the years lol.

Definitely a good place for a quick bite, two drive-thrus, a play place, multiple touch screen gaming devices on the walls in the play place for kids, and at first I thought oh geez these days, but there are plenty of disabled kids that can't climb all over the play place, so those can be highly beneficial for anyone unable to climb on the play place.

Overall a great place, especially for a 'generic' place like McDonald's, and review would be 5 stars but ya can't get hot fresh fries every single time doesn't matter what McDonald's you go to 🙃😁 (but on request they'll cook em fresh for you no...

Tonight I stopped around 6pm before T-ball and hadn’t ate all day! When arriving in the drive through the kindest voice asked for me to please be patient she will take my order shortly. Moments later she returned not only thanking me for my patience but thanking me for my time and visiting this McDonald’s! When I say I have not heard professionalism and genuine appreciation from an employee in customer service in forever this was shocking to me! When pulling up to pay I then saw she was training a young lady. I asked her name and she replied “Sarah”, even then concerned asking me “is everything okay”? I explained she was amazing and even amazing role model not only for whom she was training but my two children in the back seat. Not many have compassion in their job anymore but this young lady surly did and will go far in life with the attitude she presented tonight.
