D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches — Restaurant in New Bedford

Asking for extra condiments on a sandwich is absolutely useless at this place. When I order from this location in particular I'll ask for extra blue cheese in my buffalo chicken wrap, only to be let down. This has happened several times and I usually chalk it up to the person taking the order, however today after receiving my receipt I approached the cash register to confirm my wrap had the extra condiment I had requested which I was told there would be extra on there. Sure enough after eating through at least half the wrap I soon realized I was yet again duped. I worked in the food service industry for a good portion of my youth and can tell you in my experience if there is something specific to an order you usually confirm with the person making it. Is it too much to ask to take the order and turn around to the sandwich maker and say hey extra (x) condiment on this order? I most likely won't be back to this location and will opt for subway or Jersey Mike's where they listen to your order specifications as they make...

If zero stars was an option that’s what I give. The absolute worst service of any food place I have ever seen. Will leave you on hold for over 20 minutes and if you hang up and call back it will just start another 20 minutes or they will possibly not answer the phone at all. They tell you they can’t do delivery, they mess up orders and serve cold food and to top all off they are rude. They are so rude and terrible at their job at the mount pleasant location, that you honestly wish you could just go in there and slap all the staff. Absolutely horrible everyone currently working there should be fired. Ridiculously incompetent workers, almost makes you wonder if...

HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered my food at 5:48 and received it at 7:15. I get it's busy and you only have one driver but when he got here my order was missing two soups. I called and asked them for the 2 soups and the manager was apologetic and asked if I would prefer a refund, however, I was feeding two hungry children that wanted soup so I asked her to please have it delivered ASAP. 8:00!!!!!!! 8:00 is when I FINALLY received the 2 COLD soups!!!!!! LITERALLY 2 hours and 15 minutes later my order was complete. NEVER AGAIN!!!! All of the food we received was COLD and GROSS. Seriously thooooo.........
