Been coming here for well over 20 years. Today I was served burnt toast and eggs over hard when I asked for light. I never complain so i ate my breakfast. When the bill came they charged me 10 dollars even for two cups of apple juice.and another 2.75 for my cup of coffee. I debated with the employee who told me their drink sizes changed on the menu??? So the old large cup that was 2.50 (written on there new menus) is now called an extra large and is 5 dollars. I spoke with the new owner misty who seemed to care less that I just paid 13 dollars to have a drink with breakfast. In a time where everyone is struggling, idk how they think this is okay. This place was a staple in the community for good food at good prices. I will never step foot in this establishment again. You want to tax its time to update the atmosphere and get a new exhaust fan so your customers don't leave smelling like a grease trap.
Ps. They also kicked out a woman who was trying to enter the restuarant in a handicapped wheel chair. The owner made a whole big scene about it and even felt the need to tell the customers why.... apparently last time she had crashed into some tables. The way this woman was spoken to and treated...
Read moreAfter seeing all the old timers talking about this place, I downgraded from 4 to 3 stars overall. It's run by 2-3 old timers that are still doing good. Anyway, back to dillons. Their prices are about the same as willow leaf, their stores much more rundown, but on the upside, the lady who cooks and makes the weekly special menu is nice and i got to have biscuits and sausage gravy for the first time in a few years since coming up here from florida. So i was gonna give it a 4, but if the stories these old timers tell about how a disabled lady was treated are true.... screw the owners of this joint go to...

This place was buzzing and busy, which is always a good sign. However, I enjoy my potatoes a bit more spiced then just salt and pepper, so I found theirs plain. Also, I asked for well done corn beef hash and it was received burnt on outside and regular on the inside. So, cook didn't flip properly. And it was the most salty hash I've ever tasted- not sure if they make it or buy it, but didnt it much. Eggs were perfect, sweet toast yumm, coffee tasty, prices good. Didn't make...
