I just left this KFC and as I was walking in the lady walking out said to me “ good luck that girl at the counter has a lousy attitude “. As I was walking up not yet in line just looking and the menu not just ready to order just yet. You could tell the employee was miserable. She slided a gentleman his food and he asked her if there was any gravy on his mash bowl and she said “ the receipt clearly says no gravy and that is what you asked for so that is what you get” he says “ no, I said no cheese maybe if you opened your ears to listen instead of being rude and rushing me you would of heard and actually gotten it correct. “ She took the food from his hand and put gravy on it then slided it to him as she rolled her eyes at him. Now I’m mortified... this is what KFC calls customer service? I’m still not in line yet contemplating if I should just go to McDonald’s instead. She looks at me and sighed like I was a bother and said “ can I help you?” With an attitude. I’m not ready but I ordered because I felt rushed. I ordered my meal and I just tried to kill her with kindness. She slided my bag to me and didn’t ask me if I wanted any sauce or even give me eye contact never mind say “ have a nice day” . Read moreI had to return 3 times to this location for the right food. I ordered online this afternoon for a 5:30 pickup. I got to the restaurant and it was busy, understandable for that time of night, I waited in line for a while and when I got there I asked for my order and the girl brought me a bag. I got home and realized half the order was missing. I returned to the store and asked for the missing food; I regretfully didnt check the bag, got home and realized I got the wrong food again!! I had three hungry kids at home and returned to the store for a third time extremely frustrated with the bag of food just wanting my money back. I got there, asked for the manager, told her my story and asked for a refund for all of my frustration. She offered a partial refund... I work in customer service... after an experience like mine you offer a 100% refund in the hope you remedy the situation and retain the customer... this didnt happen. I've called corporate and have an escalated case for the full refund. Needless to say I will not return to...

The Only reason i Came In Here Tonight is Because The Other KFC Is remodeling & Drive thru Only So its Jam Packed. But As usual When We Ordered Our Food, IT WAS WRONG! & Then when my Husband Asked For The Sauce He Was Given One. He Explained That We Bought 7 Meals & All 7 Were Meals That come With Sauce. The Lady Sucked Her Teeth, & Gave Him 1 More. Then He said It again & She Rolled Her Eyes, Sucked Her Teeth Again & Turned Around Left & Came Back With 2 More Sauces. At this Point My Husband Just Left. There Will never Ever Be Another Time That’s awe Go To this Location. Id rather Starve Then To Help Pay These Nasty rude Peoples Bills. Let Them starve!!!!
