A most terrible experience. On a scale of 1 to ten I would give Greasy Luck a negative 10 as this establishment failed us entirely in both customer service and food service. We waited more than 10 minutes at the host station, the "bartender/server" made eye contact many times without coming over or sending anyone to seat us. My friend eventually went to the bar to ask for seating and was told to seat ourselves at the table right next to the door despite an abundance of seating of more accommodating available in the middle of the restaurant, away from the draft of the front doors. It took more than another 15 minutes before the "bartender/server" who frequently eyeballed us to finally came over to us to ask "do you know what you want" (it's impossible online to express the disdain the tone of her inflection). I asked for the fish and chips special and the Long Trail Limbo and she said "what? what is that a beer?" and I said yes, its on your tap list on TapHunter, and she said " there's like 30 beers on tap how do I know". So apparently I am putting out the bartender to have any idea of what beers she has on tap? So sorry to ask that you do your job. My friend, out of desperation to just get served asked for the same as I ordered, and she was off without a word. Immediately I was reminded of the poor service I have received here in past occasions and I was so put out that I asked my friend to let the "bartender/server" know to cancel our orders and that we were leaving, and we left the establishment both hungry and wanting. Needless to say I will not be returning anytime soon and I will encourage all I meet to visit alternative...

What didn’t go wrong? The waitress let us know that since we had a big group, our food wouldn’t be coming out at the same time, just as it’s ready, which is fine. The problem was in doing so, they’d forgotten everyone’s appetizers so once food started coming out, we told them to forget the appetizers. Now the food, it wasn’t good. I ordered the steak tips, rare, and my steak was under seasoned and not evenly cooked. The fries is came with were covered in some aioli that didn’t taste like anything. Someone else at my table ordered the fish and he said it was disgusting and barely touched it. Someone else at my table got pizza and she also barely touched it because she said the toppings were all wrong and not proportioned correctly. Their drinks were not made uniformly, several people in my group ordered the same drinks and they all came out tasting different. Lastly, and worst of all, the checks. We let them know at the start how the checks should be separated and no one moved to get the seating messed. It legitimately took more than 30 minutes to get it right. She forgot some of our checks, put meals on the wrong checks, and when she came back after we corrected her, they were still all wrong. We eventually all huddled around her POS so she could call out the food and we claim whose it was, passing credit cards to the front like an assembly line. It was complete chaos. A group of us purchased early admission tickets which was $10 extra/person. On FB they announced doors open for early adm. @ 6:30. We arrive there at 6:35p & the doors were locked. When they let us in I asked if we can get a table in the room where the band will be playing. I was told that they weren’t ready & the menus are being printed & is different than the front room & they will call us in. We did not order food at the bar because there was 7 of us & was afraid the food wouldn’t come out at the same time or we couldn’t bring it in that room. At 7:30 we were still waiting & now we were told there’s a 30 min delay. People who had general admission started showing up & got to go in before a lot of us that had early admission tickets. They let a bunch of people in then told us we had to wait so those people can get their food. We were not let in til almost 8p & did not have table service. It was very obvious that they had no clue what they were doing. We paid extra for tickets with no benefit at all. We were the 1st ones there & got the last table inside. If they were honest & knew what the heck they were doing we could have eaten in the other room when we arrived instead of being told to wait.when we finally got some food it was basic pub food.
