Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Bedford

Used to work for this company. This Dunkin was the best one by far that I've had the pleasure of managing. The staff is all super polite & extremely hard working. The manager Sara is the sweetest & always makes sure the store stays clean and runs smoothly. There are always gonna be employees that are new/don't make the cut but don't let that sway you from going to this Dunks! The food is always made fresh and correctly (Katie is a beast on sandwiches). Angela & Josh are the friendliest drive thru workers. Corey, Alysa, Gianni, they're all awesome! They really don't get enough credit for how hard they work. This store is slamming and sometimes upper management doesn't allow enough hours to schedule enough workers. But they make do with what they have and they kick a**. The worker taking my order in the drive-thru sounded so beyond rude, and then when I drove up to the window that was wide open, I overheard the same worker loudly complaining about my order to another coworker, telling them that she’s just going to make my order different. There were no other customers, it’s a drive thru only, and I was the only car. She was an older woman with horrible eye-liner and the other worker had to apologize for her behavior when I said I was just going to go elsewhere. Recently started regularly visiting this store again. I agree with other reviews that in the PAST workers were rude and food undercooked...but NOW, its always GREAT!!! The workers a super friendly, my coffee is always hot and fresh, bacon on sandwiches is cooked and crisp as well as the hash browns. You can order ahead and pick up at their super convenient window if the drive thru line is long. Next time you're looking for coffee and breakfast...stop here, you'll be pleasantly surprised how good a Dunkin breakfast is when it's...
