I brought my two kids and their friend to mcdonalds because we were starving on july 4th at around 4:15 and when I tell you that was the WORST i menas it. Mistake #1 I ordered two happy meals one with sprite and one with lemonade and they tried to up charge the lemonade and said I ordered a medium which I didnt and after fixing that mistake I still got a medium and a regular size but for some reason I was given two sprites. Mistake #2 When I got too the window they gave me a back with some sort of meal with a big mac in it when I ordered the number three and a cheeseburger me being a good citizen gave the food back, but when I respectfully gave the food back to them they started to say “What?? Huh??” Acting like its my fault!!!! Next time I’ll remember too just take the food and leave. Mistake number 3# when they were talking amongst themselves they did not hand me any straws I had to request them as well as we got no napkins which I would of asked for but we had already left. Mistake #4 Once I left and took a sip of my “sweet” tea it was in fact not sweet but the regular one even though I asked for the sweet one. Not to mention when I looked at my Double quarter pounder with cheese the box was greasy and destroyed.
There was barely any good customer service and the workers seemed annoyed at something they caused. Next time.. burger...
Read moreOrdered two combo meals in drive thru, a #5 and a #6, drove up to window to pickup order, got home and food wasn’t even close to being warm and opened up bag and both sandwiches weren’t even wrapped , just thrown in the bag in pieces and hash browns the same. I stopped going to that store for along time due to this kind of thing happened a lot. From that Kings Hwy location. So I made a dumb move by trying it again to by that kind of money for garbage food just to throw it in the trash. Doesn’t seem like the managers care enough about their store to be dedicated enough for the employees to make quality food. Word of mouth goes along way. Wasn’t even worth the aggrivation of calling the store today because it seems like in every occasion, it never gets resolved with the quality. I’m only one person; I can only guess how many upset customers there are. I go to any other location and it is never this bad, It starts with the management caring in order for their employees to care, I’m very sad because I never complain because people have bad days and make mistakes but I really seems like none of the staff care. So another meal thrown in the garbage not even edible, seems like corporate should have secret undercover customers coming to store without notice often here to investigate these problems. Read moreUsually I would say this place is nice to get a quick dinner from but unfortunately twice I have ordered from McDonald's on kingshighway with Uber eats both times horrible experience this last visit I was feeding my 3 and 2 friends who were over myself and another adult so you can imagine how much $$ I spent i received 3 smooshed burgers and 2 fries squished with the 3 squished burgers on top in a hudge bag reciepts showed should of been 10 medium fries 4 cheeseburgers 2 bacon mcdoubles and 2 20 piece nuggets and of course sweet sour sauce so I went all the way down thier paid for a ride because I don't have a vehicle do to breakdown anyway they were going insane drive up 2 lanes around the corner few people inside waiting and manager says I'm sorry we are just so buisy ...ok that doesn't mean to take advantage of people who order with delivery app he tried to make good on it if any young people looking for work please go they need help but if you are that buisy don't rush people out of drive up or inside or delivery each customer deserved what they order and pay for so if needed tell all sorry thier will be a little wait I know the franchise and owners frown upon times but that's better than loosing customers I blame them not the short staffed workers worried about there jobs...
