If I could rate this one at 0 I would in less than a heartbeat because this is the worst most awful Wendy's have ever been to in my entire life and I'm assuming that the managers and or the owners don't care at all about their customers because I've complained several times and have done their surveys and when it says would you like a call back I always respond with a yes and I have not heard anything back at all on my bad reviews! And I'm not sure if it's a shift thing or not but I work third shift so therefore I am only there during third shift hours and the food is always cold tastes like and temperature wise like it just came out of the refrigerator cold also when you specifically ask for onions light lettuce and to add barbecue sauce to your bacon cheeseburger and they give you extra wilted lettuce no onions no barbecue sauce no tomato which generally comes on the sandwich you tend to become a bit bitter especially when it's your fourth time going to this particular Wendy's and it's the same every God damn time!!! to boot I have placed my orders 6 to 10 minutes before I get there through the app and it doesn't matter if there's two or 10 people in line for the drive-thru you still end up waiting approximately 25 to 35 minutes to get your food your cold food nonetheless you're wrong order of food nonetheless this is ridiculous and if this Wendy's runs like this all day long it should be shut down and what are these people getting paid for?! Especially at $17 an hour when I damn well know of quite a few Health Service employees that make a hell of a lot less than that and work 50 times harder than these people work! The owner or manager of this place should be fired or should never be able to work in a food service industry again because they obviously don't care about their customers they're only looking to make every penny they can and they know that staying open late late night that they are going to get customers no matter what because people who party or people who smoke pot or people who are traveling and just passing through will always stop by and spend money because they're hungry and no matter if the food is cold, wrong, or if the employees are rude their bodies are getting what it's requesting! Read moreSo this evening my family & decided Wendy’s for dinner around 5:15pm. There was at least 6 cars ahead me. I ordered enough for 3 people & then paid. I waited in line at the window waiting for my food over 10 mins which felt like 30 mins. The line was around the building behind me. When given my food I briefly looked in & then asked are they sure my order was complete. A “supervisor” Jalyssa answered yes. Because I was in line for a while the car behind me beeped. I drove away. I moved out of line to confirm my order. Of Course I has a missing sandwich. I drove around the building there was more than 10 cars in line. I stopped at the window “doubled parked” asked for my sandwich. The Supervisor Jalyssa yelled I can’t block the line & yelled for me to come in. I did Not!! I had already spent more than 30 mins in line. I drove home to find the 4 JBC I ordered was a cheeseburger with ketchup pickles & a ring of an onion. I called this location asked to speak to a supervisor or manager Jalyssa answered. I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me. I called back multiple times & each time was disconnected on. Read moreI wish I could give zero stars because just how do you consistently mess up every single time. The amount of mess ups that come through this restaurant on kings highway is out of control. The lack of professionalism is appalling, they will have you sitting at that window looking you right in the face and not even bother to see if you need anything or have a question, you could be rapping on that window and they will disregard you until they feel like answering you. The quality of the food is trash and the employees are at fault for this, giving out cold food that has sat out who knows how long and putting wrong ingredients or just wrong items and getting frustrated with customers when they return these incorrect items. I could keep going but I just wanted to make sure I let it be known how bad it is at this specific store because this is where I’ve experienced myself and hears many negative situations from.
