Ordered four items..then they didnt charge me 4$ for 4 items like they said...sign says 1 drink 1 fry 1 burger 1 chicken nugget 4$ mix and match any items for 4$ i did and they charged me about $7.96...3 employees tried to buffett me away from the counter..."you didnt say 4 for 4$! Another came up and basically threatened that if I thought if she wasn't a woman shed become violent but she still could feminist regime me...one employee was stifled and smiling and i spoke with her and the manager came and he looked real messey..he snatched the reciept away...growled...twisted his face..and kinda bumped the cashier away from the register and got me $1.10 cents out of the register...and someone walked up and put an extra box of chicken nuggets on my tray... I said "i was missing these?" She said yes...they gave me the $1.10 and i walked away smiling having made small talk with the other smiling employee...1.99-89 for four items...7.8-96 total and they owed me 3.80-96 in refund...instead they gave me a fifth item and a buck and a dime and basically said I was short sighted and dumb and arrogant and fat and that they smelled horse...not sure what that meant...but probably something personal. Very good food that day though...meal was excellent and drinks were cold...ketchup was full and fresh and fries were hot and crisp. Great food..wendy's is delicious...the staff was wierd and the manager looked gross and was rude and they tried and succeeded at not paying me back and subverting the reality and causality of my complaint by putting food i didnt buy on my tray and playing ignorant to the real amount of the refund as if to say i could drive around and come in or call for my refund. I was inside the restaurant already...they weren't super busy but this is a week or two after a hurricane and theyve been open and working since right after the storm. So they may be irritated. It was not nice..not super unclean or anything either...a bit messy....nothing serious. Food was excellent. Attitudes were immaturely motivated towards customers like a...
Read moreI had a not so great customer service experience on 10/06/24 at about 10:15am. Me and my children and husband went through the drive-thru for breakfast. At the speaker, I ordered 2 sausage burritos, and the cashier said they were out of sausage, so I said "ok ill just take one bacon burrito then."OK, your total is such and such at the first window." The cashier said this in a very rushed tone and did not give me a chance to complete my order. On the way up to the window I had told my husband I wanted a lemonade too and he told me I could just add it at the window so when I got up there I asked the cashier to please add on a strawberry lemonade. She gave me a dirty look and, in a rude tone, told me, "Next time you need to order at the speaker. I have a line. " I looked behind me, and there was one car directly behind me and 1 at the speaker. No one else was behind the 2nd car. I told her, "I was going to order at the speaker, but you rushed me up here to the window, and now you're being rude, you're being rude." It took her longer to charge me for my order than it did to hand me the lemonade. I did not want to be an inconvenience, but if you want customers to finish their order at the speaker, it isn't wise to rush them to the window as fast as possible. I wasn't taking forever to order, and I wasn't being rude, and I was offended by the cashiers tone of voice during our entire...
Read moreWhile I usually have great experiences when coming to this location, I was not overly impressed with the young lady working the second drive thru window. When I placed my order, I asked for two natural lemonades with my order. I paid at the first window and went to the next. The young lady hands me a regular cup. I asked is this the natural lemonade. She reply’s no it’s the Minute Maid. I told her I ordered the natural as I don’t care for the other. She informed me that she rang me up for the Minute Maid. I replied to her that I asked for the natural. My daughter looked at me and said you asked for the natural, I heard you. The young lady returns with the correct lemonade and hands the first one out the window and says next time make sure you say natural when ordering. I responded to her with I did and I asked ordered two of them. Having worked fast food and worn the head sets I understand that it is sometimes difficult to hear things. But having worked in customer service and still do, her response to her mistake was completely unacceptable and inappropriate. While I will continue to go to this location, I hope this situation will be used as a training lesson for the employees that mistakes happen, but it is unacceptable for customers to be spoken to in that manner by...
