My family and I are in town visiting family we came to this locatom for the second day in a row and out experience was negative from the beginning they were out of.both heavy cream and whip cream this was super disappointing as those are Two ingredients that they should never be out of none rhe less the you d lady on the drive theu speaker was very rude and condescending we come to the window to pay it was the same person that was on the speaker and she was equally as rude taking my credit card for payment and servingour drinks to us I asked to.speak to a manager and she pointed to a young man next to her and said here you go he right here he approached the window I told him that his employee was very rude to us he said exactly in a raised voice "I DONT CARE" and he slammed the window shut in my face I could not belive that has happend so I looked for a number to contact and there were none posted my wife found a contact number on line we placed a major complaint and someone is supposed to contact we shall see I work for a company that services the drive thru windows for starbucks I am and have been customer for well over 20 years I have never jn all my visits as a customer or as a Service vendor witnessed such behavior and in front of my family If I could give ZERO STARS I would don't go to this location something sure needs to be done about this staff this happened on Sunday September 1st about 9:45 am what an embarrassment to the starbucks brand corporate should really step.it up a d take some action I am not gonna let this go until we get a resolution come on starbucks you charge a premium price for your product that should come with premium...
Read moreThis morning about 9:45a my family and I stopped by this location and were immediately met with a rude lady on the intercom. She informed us, with an attitude in her tone, that the store was out of whipped cream and heavy cream. She then proceeded to tell us to pull up to receive our total, instead of at the intercom. We get to the window and the same lady proceeded to have a continued attitude while taking payment and serving us our drinks. When my husband asked to speak with a manager she pointed to a young man, he approached the window and when my husband told him that he received a very rude experience from the lady, the manager yelled at my husband saying, "I DON'T CARE" and then decided to slam the window closed. We have contacted corporate and were told we would get a follow up call in 48 hours. Don't go to this location unless you want to run the risk of non-friendly people and have the window slammed...
Read moreDoesn't anyone realize there are NO Starbucks with 1 table sitting right by the dumpster. I sat there in October and when the garbage truck came the area of the table smelled sooo bad I left. Don't think that horrible dump smell did them any good. Starbucks is supposed to be comfortable and relaxing. Put a few seats inside or finish building the wall where the table is. You'd get a lot more customers. I've been to Starbucks in many different states and never saw one so bad. Many, many years ago even the small store across from Pike Place Market in Seattle had a bar along the wall so, you could stand inside and drink your coffee.
