Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in New Braunfels

Horrible customer service! I waited 23 minutes for my food. I ended up being late to work because of this. I don’t understand why they can’t have the food prepared ahead of time. Tortillas in particular! I ordered 2 breakfast tacos and the lady literally had to roll out the tortillas and place them in the grill. In the process she was still preparing other foods. One tortilla was made and she made my taco while the other cooked. She brought out a pan out of the kitchen that was dripping water from the bottom and sat it right on top of the paper that she had waiting for my other tortilla. She placed the pan in the bin, grabbed my tortilla and sat it right on top of all of the nasty water from the pan that was on the paper she was preparing my taco on. Disgusting! Once I told her, she slammed her hand on top of the tortilla and crumbled it up in the paper and threw it away! She started all over again having to roll out a tortilla and cook another one. I told her I didn’t have time to wait for another one and she ignored me and sarcastically said “ you’re just gonna have to wait, I wouldn’t want to serve it to you raw!!” But they already had my money as you have to prepay!! Ugh!!!...

I don't usually look at reviews because I like to have my own experience... but sadly the reviews that have one star are absolutely true. Last week I visited this place and I ordered two tacos, and I was the only one in line.. and it took almost 20 minutes. I asked about three or four times if it was done yet, and by the fourth time I had asked, the lady snapped at me and told me "no you'll have to wait". She had a really nasty attitude. And the food was not even that good it's sort of reminding me of something I could have bought at Taco Bell but ten times more salty..... and there was not even any sauce or anything in the bag no utensils or napkins or anything... bad food and bad customer service. I will definitely not...

I come from RGV(Rio Grand Valley) and Laredo taco company are the BEST. But here at this location it is the worst service, food, tortillas. Someone need to take pride in that service. It can be a gold mine if some one ran the place like a real kitchen should be run. Eggs were over done partially brown and toasted. Tortilla were fat and almost raw, the rest of the food in the hot container were not appealing at all.. Service personell was like yah what do you want, just for the paycheck no...
