I was entirely unimpressed with our time at this particular McDonald's. They have an amazing play area for the children which saved them from a 1 star rating. To make this review brief, I'll list the issues we had, below: Extremely inattentive staff. I cleaned off two tables with my personal baby wipes while at least 3 employees stood behind an empty counter. Ants. In the play area, on our table, and even one on the checkout counter. I smushed it right in front of the girl taking my order who didn't bat an eyelash. Cold food. Our fries were barely warm enough to have been under the heating lamp. They were all soggy and obviously not fresh. The drinks from my girls' happy meals were also tepid, which is especially bad for milk. I mentioned the inattentive staff, but I want to reiterate that the entire restaurant was filthy. I almost slipped, twice, on a puddle of water near the drink fountain, the drink area was wet all over and sticky, the eating area-- even away from the play place-- was filthy with trash and food left all over the floor, and the whole restaurant smelled of dirt. My kiddos and I stayed and my children played for nearly 2 and a half hours. In that time, there was only one employee who came to sweep up or clean any tables, and that was near the end of our time. And that employee only tried to clear my tray and ignored food left on another table. One female employee left the restroom without washing or sanitizing her hands. I was in the restroom changing my son and saw her leave the stall, smile at me, and leave the room.

Read moreGot to the drive thru and waited for about 15 to 20 minutes to give them our order. By the time we got there they said breakfast was over. We explained how we were in line but they said it's over. They didn't serve breakfast all day. Ordered 2 vanilla iced coffees paid were asked to pull forward to window #3. Another car behind us was asked to park next to us. Then another vehicle was told to go around us and park. Keep in mind we only ordered 2 iced medium coffees and waited 35 minutes after paying for the coffees. Asked to speak to the manager who just said that they were changing shifts and to excuse them. Then when we received the coffees they were not done correctly. Apparently they forgot to add sugar. And one of them was watery like if the ice had melted. Went inside the manager saw me I explained what happened she took the coffee tossed it in trashcan and started making new ones. No apologies or anything. Handed both to me with 2 straws I tasted them before leaving. Another car was parked and we saw and heard where the lady was telling the employee delivering her food that she hadn't ordered that and the employee returned to the restaurant with the bag in hand. I will definitely not recommend for anyone to visit this restaurant and I will never return. I have worked in McDonald's years before and I have never had or seen this kind of service. I even gave customers something while they waited for their food if it was our mistake. This manager didn't acknowledge that they were wrong...

First off, who ever works at the drive threw to take your order is never there in the right lane so you have to keep asking if anyone is there for about 10 minutes for then to respond to you. If you ask to add mac sauce on anything it allways smells and taste exactly like wet dog that hasent bathed in years. Every single time I order somthing they mess it up every single time so I have to constantly tell them what they missed, making me waist a load of money for nothing. And today I was told to park around the corner, so I did and I waited about 30 minutes. So I walked in and every single employee was standing around and not doing anything, just talking. I asked for my order and the employee seemed to be annoyed that I asked for my food that I bought 35 minutes ago and jt was just sitting there on the counter. I will never for the life of me ever return to this location and I advice everyone else to do the same. Maybe they'll actually realize that customer satisfaction...
