Way to go with making a customer feel welcoming and comfortable!? I’m speaking facetiously of course! I went to drive thru and have never had a hard time till today! I ordered 2 plain dry cheeseburgers, large fry all cooked to order because let’s face it if you don’t say that then you get cold or burgers and fries that have just been sitting there! No one likes a burger or fries that’s not made fresh and I git a large coke. While still in the drive thru I looked at what the “clerk” input on my order but normally it states “cooked to order” on the order but it didn’t say. The girl said she can’t put that on there... ??? They normally always put that on there every time I’ve asked for it. Never had a problem till today! Then someone gets on the speaker male person and said I will tell them to make them fresh like they weren’t able to put that on my order. I said ok.. so I go to the window to pay. Another “clerk” was changing the trash in front of me while I watched to see if he was going to wash his hands after before handing me my order. Of course not! He opened the window right away and before I gave him my payment I asked nicely if he could wash his hands. He said oh yea then went to the back but honestly I don’t know if he washed his hands or not he came back with 2 paper towels as if drying them which I didn’t really believe but I handed my card and then without skipping a beat he had the audacity to ask if I had the corona virus. ???!!! First of why do you care. If you don’t care to wear a mask anymore and don’t use gloves it sounds like a personal problem to me! We live in an age where we are not supposed to judge people and I get it all the time because I’m very cautious and wear PPE Gear for my job because I deal without a lot of people. I let him know it’s for my job and I try to be extra cautious. But I felt humiliated and judged right then and there! I don’t think it’s fair will never come here again and things need to change and not be so mean to people. I was only trying to get my lunch. I don’t bother anyone well I say that loosely because people judge you. But in the work place I feel like you should respect customers. I don’t judge people why do they need...
Read moreI work across the street during the day and so 2 to 3 times a week I come in on my lunch and grab something quick, the employees are always very nice and everything's fine. When I stopped by at night there looked to be only a manager and a little blonde haired girl, once we placed our order and got up to the window we sat there for 6 minutes with the blonde haired girl standing over at the counter cleaning trays, when she finally came to pay us out it was when our food was handed out and she barely said 2 words. Once we got the food the fries were old and tasted like they had been sitting out for at least an hour, the chicken nuggets had just come out so it explains our wait time but she never came over initially to take the money and to let us know it would be a couple minutes for fresh nuggets. When went back to the window and apologized and asked if we could get some fresh fries and she didnt say a word, yanked the bag out of my boyfriend's hand and just walked away, a few minutes later the manager brought the new fries but was very uncaring in her tone. Overall I was very upset with the fact that the mood of the place is drastically different at night and that the employees dont seem to care about how they come off...
Read moreVisited between 8 & 9 pm on Saturday. Wish we had gone to chick fillet! I think the man behind counter was the manager, but not sure. He was very cold and rude. His demeanor was as if I was bothering him. Ordered the fish sandwich, it was greasy and missing the cheese. The fries were cold. Also ordered two kids meals. One had three nuggets, one had four. They were to come with fries. Tiny boxes again one had about five fries the other one a few more. Not worth the money. Now the real problem was that the restaurant was filthy. The play room had ice cream melting on the floor. Every booth had garbage and food all over them. Toys were dirty the three computers( a cool idea) were filthy with sticky food. The main dining room was a little cleaner but the tables appeared to have been wiped with a dirty cloth. The tables were sticky and floor not much better. We our food to car to eat. Big mistake! 90 minutes later both of my children were complaining of severe stomach pains and began throwing up so we had diarrhea and vomit all night. Yes food poisoning because they felt better mid morning. ...
