Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Britain

I don't come here often but when I do it's really much better than others I've gone to in the area, the weekend morning staff is really nice, the only thing I saw but did not affect me personally a young man working behind the counter that had acrylic nails had a really bad attitude when he was told by another coworker to help the cashier in the front, his demeanor just went from bad to worse, the way he was making the drinks was like he could care less if they were right or not and the way he was handing them out was rude, not saying what they were or calling a name he just slide them on the counter and people were waiting around not knowing if it was theirs or not

UPDATE I just came in again and the same kid with the attitude was changing trashes and he did not change his gloves after and went back to preparing drinks, gross habit! Beware if you see this person preparing food 🤢 hopefully that's...

Worst Dunkin to go to in the morning when you just want to see smiles and have a great day. These girls that were working this morning were so rude. Didn't acknowledge me and 5 other people who got in line behind me this morning . No one was working the register so we stood in line for 6 minutes while every worker just walked around got ice for the machine and counted tips and talking amongst themselves like no one else was there trying to order. It's really sad these people can't come to work at a job they choose to work at and not treat the customers with respect not even converse with me at least while I was standing there for the first 4 minutes. The parking was ok and the bathrooms are locked the one worker was saying how she was loopy bc she's on meds. It's basically a circus. No management it seems. No where to sit inside so you have to take your drink and food and...

Just went to get a hot coco & a sandwich. Once I paid for my food I stand by waiting station while lady is stuffing her face & on her phone in front of customers & myself while my hot coco is just sitting there getting cold. I then ask the same young lady in black & white pajama pants "is my hot coco finished because its just sitting there" she nodded her head yes and continued eating. Gentlemen saw that I was upset & gave me my hot coco. I work in customer service/retail and this was very unprofessional never would I let my employees/co-workers behave like this. This store defiantly needs better staff & management....
