Arby's — Restaurant in New Castle

I use to like buying at this store, but the quality of service has gotten considerable worse of late... They have gotten very slow to the point that every-time I visit they are directing people to park at the end of the drive-thru lane by the door instead of a parking spot so they can take the food to you when it's finally ready... There's is not much room to go around any car parked at the end of the drive-thru lane and it's a dangerous situation because I have seen passengers opening car doors and getting out of cars and almost being hit ...

On my most recent visit a vehicle again was parked in the drive-thru lane, I was speaking to the shift manager about the potential of an accident happening when they ask customers to park at the end of the of the drive-thru lane and asking the other customers to drive around them, a guy came up to the window moved the lady I was speaking to and said, "well the car already left" so what.... I ask him who he was and he said he is the assistant manager and his name is Ronnie...

He then handed me my food and milkshake... His hands were dirty like he hadn't wash them for a while, so I had to return the food and ask for a refund... I don't eat food from nasty people!!!

I don't think I will ever buy from that...

Tried one of your Bacon Ranch Whygo burgers and it was terrible. First off it was wrapped in it's wrapper inside out, the top bun was rolled half under the bottom bun exposing the overly extreme amount of ranch dressing and mountain of pickles to be slopped all over the (inside out) wrapper. After unfolding the top bun and restacking the burger I discovered one small piece of beacon, just one. As I tried to eat it everything constantly oozed out the back end as the ranch dressing pooled into a puddle down my arm and onto the wrapper. Could taste nothing but the dressing and pickles, as when I looked again into the burger found that there were "7" pickles on what was left of the burger. Also did not get a recipe although there was a tag on my burger saying no red onion. At least that part was good for the $9.49 that I paid for each of the 2 that I ordered. I took photos but don't see any way to attach them here. I will not have another one. Ya blew that, should have stuck with the roast beef sandwich. Just cause you have "The Meats" doesn't mean you should...

Got my order of 10 sliders and a kids meal for my family and my sons chicken tenders were so slimey it really seems like they were not cooked long enough and were slightly pink inside which is a no for chicken so the trash got them, add that to the very skimpy sliders with almost no meat on any of them and this becomes the worst meal I've had in a long time from fast food. You kids in this resteraunt are actually going to make people sick because clearly you dont know food safety and dont really seem to care. The manager needs to take control of their business before yall actually do hurt someone and end up getting sued because your workers aren't properly trained. And dont bother saying anything to the workers, you get nothing but ignorant responses and big egos when they can't even prepare a...
