Little Johnny's II — Restaurant in New Castle

At this point if I could give zero stars I would. What was once a great place has gone completely down hill. Today was the second time I ordered and received nothing. Last time I ordered ,30 minutes later they called to tell me they didn’t have enough wings to fulfill the order and cancelled. Ok, so be it. It was irritating to find out 30 minutes after the order was placed but whatever. Today I ordered and my delivery was scheduled for 4:45 (order was placed at 3:45). 5:05 rolls around and I call to check on my order they say it’s on the way. ( I live probably less than 2 miles from the shop). 5:35 rolls around still no food. I attempt to cancel since I have to be at work shortly and it becomes a whole process. Just a suggestion I would let your customers know when placing order that the large is a Sicilian. Your sandwiches look amazing so I'll definitely be back to try that. I'm a pizza fanatic so I was a lil bummed it wasn't round as Sicilian isn't my favorite. My medium 8 cut was round though. I surprisingly like the Sicilian most. Your garlicy sauce is on point. I would just like my crust a lil more done next time I'll ask for well done. The pizza definitely tastes better than it looked it was lacking cheese but the sauce made up for it. #1 I'd definitely change the type of cheese you use. Me and my son just left the emergency room for food poisoning. The only place that we ate yesterday was little johnnys. Really don't understand how someone could mess up pizza this bad, being a chef myself. Now reading the reviews on here I am appalled that someone could continually let something like this happen. Ingredients and sanitation are something that I hold with up most regard, it's a shame that others in the industry that I love don't.
