DO NOT EAT AT THIS SEXIST, POORLY RAN, JOKE OF A SO CALLED "CUSTOMER ORIENTED RESTAURANT" So my 18 month nephew decided he was having wendy's for dinner tonight (&& ya know, who can deny food to a baby, besides a manager at wendy's of course).. Well I figured we could just take a little walk to get his food, seeing as how it was a beautiful day and it's not even a mile from my house. . I call in ahead of time to find out how I should go about getting my order taken since the dining area was no longer open. The manager informs me that I can just call when I arrive and she will allow us to come in to order. Once I arrived and call 4 times with no answer I start to walk away, I figured I should try one more time and I actually finally got an answer... Except now the same lady I spoke to earlier discovers that I am not a woman despite what she assumed from our previous conversation and I am in fact a male. So after finding out this apparently groundbreaking information, I am suddenly no longer allowed to enter the restaurant to have my order taken ?? So despite my anger I figure maybe I would be able to walk through the drive through, which I was immediately turned down over the intercom, they even went as far as to not allow someone else (in a vehicle already going through the drive through) to order for me. I could see if I was trying to ask customers for money or food or whatever but I had my own money and was a paying customer just trying to feed my little nephew and was treated like some criminal for doing so. The staff that I interacted with were just completely rude and don't quite understand how it was perfectly acceptable to let me in when it was assumed I was a woman but as soon as she discovered I was a man the whole...
Read moreWe have been going to that Wendy’s for dinner every Sunday night for years. Most Sunday nights they are slow, we always go inside to order our food to dine in or take out. The drive-through lines are very long. They often have problems with the Coca-Cola freestyle machines. Often they cannot scan the app because their handheld scanner is down or some thing. If you have a coupon in the app just show it to them they will apply it manually. Despite everything we still continue going there every Sunday night. It is the cheapest place where I can buy the most amount of fast food. Some Wendy’s offer a 10% Senior discount, this store offers a free senior beverage (which I prefer), they’ll give you a small soda cup for free. I have never really had problems getting a correct order and the food has always been hot despite all the other problems at that store. The restroom is usually nice and clean and the people are friendly, they just seem to overwhelm easily. Don’t be afraid to stop there as long as you are not in a hurry. It’s still a very nice Wendy’s, it is our favorite Wendy’s. See you there next Sunday night. PS Don’t park next to building because you’ll get blocked in by drivethru traffic, park in the outside...
Read moreSo I ordered online about 20 minutes ahead of Time so I can have it ready by the time I get there. We get to the drive thru window to pick up my order, they say it wasn’t made and I need to order on the kiosk even though I already ordered and paid online?? Makes no sense but okay. To make matters worse the man at the window ( he has a tattoo on his arm and a long ponytail) had a attitude while he was speaking to us and told us to get out of line and try again ( the line was wrapped around the store). He said these exact words “You can get back in my line and try again”. I called for a refund and they couldn’t give me that. Told me to wait three minutes and they’d bring my food to the door. I waited for fifteen minutes and no one came to the door and they’re not letting anyone in. The workers are inside hiding and ignoring people rather than helping people. Had to get back in line only for them to tell me to come back to the door and get my food. I got my food but it took an hour and twenty minutes. It SHOULD NOT have taken that long...
