Old mexico — Restaurant in New Haven

I’ve been to the taco truck many times but I never tried Old Mexico. I already have heard wonderful things about their food and the reviews are definitely nothing short of accurate. My boyfriend is extremely picky with where we get Spanish food and I am just simply a true fan in Spanish food. The food was not only fresh, but made with love & the people were exceptionally kind. You must try this place! Excellent food and excellent people! I took a group of individuals here. Never been there before. The owner Danny was so nice as well as his staff. Explained to me why we needed a key to use the restroom. They pay a decent amount to have this portolet. He told me I can use it anytime. I want the Mayor to look into why there is no place to sit under a pavilion to eat and no public restrooms. The food here was excellent! By far the best burrito I have ever had. I'm from the area but moved to Vermont. I'm here visiting my friends Paula and Edie. They told me about this place and how wonderful it is. I'm very picky about my food so of course I was cautiously excited. I am so happy they made this recommendation. I was not disappointed. My friends food looked equally delightful.
