Pho Delicious — Restaurant in West Haven

Go here! Everything is beyond amazing!! The owner is so amazing and accommodating to dietary restrictions. He made my mother a special vegan tofu bahn mi that isnt even on the menu! The staff is beyond sweet and friendly. And food....... omg the food. Where do I start? The bahn mi, I got grilled pork, was to die for!!! Pho was just what I needed and more, and the fresh spring rolls with shrimp were so fresh and clean and the peanut sauce paired so perfectly. Let's support this buisness so they stay open forever!!! Much needed restaurant here as I was driving to Fairfield to get this for years. NO MORE! Hao is like 3 blocks from home and I plan to be a regular! One of the best examples of Pho I have ever had. The Spring Rolls (Nha Trang style ham) were delicious, and I was excited to see this option of filling on the menu, as I have only seen one other Vietnamese restaurant offer this, and this example far surpassed the other one in both taste and texture. The chicken wings (fish sauce option) were also wonderful, and the only regret I had was that I ordered too much food and was getting too full to properly enjoy them, haha. All the flavors were clean, pure, and fresh and you were able to taste all the components and enjoy how they blended together in each dish. Service was also a step above, speedy, friendly and attentive, a great job from the whole team, and I cannot wait until I am back in town...

We ordered take out last night and my entire experience was delightful! My car smelled so “ pho delicious “ ! Our Friday night take out is special and we over order to have leftovers… We had Pho seafood, seafood salad, chicken salad, fresh spring rolls, grilled chicken rice and of course BANHI MI chicken! Everything was so yummy there wasn’t so much left over! I also appreciated how lovely the gentleman taking the order, so helpful in advising me to heat up PHO extra hot when I get home.
