I'm sorry but nobody has the type of customer service that these people do! Absolutely amazing. My first time ordering from the restaurant, and an Uber eats driver picked up my order from them then canceled it cleaning he never picked it up. Now another driver came and canceled and never told me that somebody had picked it up. Instead she just canceled. I sat there continuously waiting for somebody to pick up and finally I messaged my fifth driver explaining the situation so they went inside and found out that my food was already gone and then somebody from the restaurant took his phone and started having a conversation with me.
They told me that the very first driver picked up my order and they probably canceled it, now usually at this point a restaurant will tell you there's nothing they can do about it and that you need to speak to Uber and get your money back. But instead, they took the loss.
They took the loss and they remade it for the current Uber driver who was standing there waiting for my food. And they also apologize for the person doing what he did which just wow.
So ALREADY customer service, first impression already over the top, absolutely wonderful, never even seen the restaurant in person ...

This is my first time having Mediterranean food especially the type of bowl that I got in the type of toppings that I got on it.... And I am mesmerized by how good this is! Was definitely worth all the hassle at 12:30 in the middle of the night LOL I also love how they're still open this late. Originally I was trying to find grilled chicken because that's what I was craving, then I came across this restaurant and they had me sold at baklava .LOL
Now personally the baklava was A little too sweet for me, but the bowl with the rice and the chicken was everything! My two-year-old seems to like The baklava though lol. Thank you guys so so much. Wonderful experience. You will not be sorry. If this is how well their customer service is when they do deliveries, I can't imagine how they are in person!

When I first walked in, I was very polite he was absolutely rude he dis not want to take my order that was a sign I should have left. So that’s my fault. I really should have walked right out of there. But I did not want to be rude, unlike him. He barely Took my order and gave me 1 order only, and not what I ordered, which was 4 gyro platters. Even when I told him sir this is not 4 orders I have, he looked me straight in the eye and said yes. As if I can’t count.
$34 of ice cold crap, he did not use gloves unsanitary to do so especially in this day and age of a lot of diseases, the 1 gyro was ice cold I threw it in the garbage.
I did not trust him it was scary I would not order from there ever again I would never recommend this Mediterranean restaurant I usually love their food but this was the first bad experience I have ever had. If you don’t like serving certain people in your restaurant then tell me to leave to begin with. Horrible service. I was not thinking about taking a picture of the cold crap. I was too upset and I threw it out told my husband we are not eating it. I even said I was ordering 4 because of my kids he looked at me with something like a smile. I pray I never come across this service again I felt like I was back in the 1960’s or something. To watch someone and refused to serve them what they ordered. It’s sickening. Now I understand how some people felt back in the day....
Read moreI recently visited Pitaziki Mediterranean Grill in New Haven and ordered the Pitaziki Meat Combo, which, according to their menu, includes chicken shawarma, gyro, salad, falafel, and seasoned fries. Upon entering, I noticed the staff seemed preoccupied with a catering order, despite the fact that I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time.
The ordering process started off smoothly, but issues arose when I realized my meal was missing the seasoned fries and included only one falafel. Since the menu listed both items as part of the combo, I asked for clarification. The staff member assisting me seemed unsure about the menu details, and another employee—whom I’ve encountered on previous visits—also didn’t provide a clear answer. Rather than addressing the issue, they rang up the falafel as a separate side order and ignored my question about the missing fries. I ultimately let it go, but the lack of effort to resolve the issue was disappointing.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced subpar customer service here. While I genuinely enjoy the food, the lack of attentiveness and willingness to assist customers—especially when catering orders are in progress—has been a recurring issue. I hope they work to improve their service in the future.
