First time visiting Wheelhouse and it was amazing! This was my first spin class and everyone was friendly!! The instructor took her time and helped me adjust my bike. I will definitely be coming back. The only note I have is the mic and music level . The music was louder than the instructors mic, I was not able to hear clearly. Wheelhouse Cycling in New Haven is THE BEST. Everyone from the amazing front desk to the instructors are welcoming, encouraging and energetic. Coming back to fitness after a while away, I was nervous to step into a group setting, but everyone at Wheelhouse made me feel comfortable, and even celebrated. The best cycling experience ever! I did not used to be very into indoor cycling (had tried different studios but never felt it was "for me") but Wheelhouse converted me to a cycling addict! This place exudes fun, positive vibes, and you always leave feeling better (and much sweatier!) than when you walked in!
