The best Cobb Salad in Downtown New Haven! #10 Sandwich is Amazing! I have gone about 5 times and today they got the bread wrong. They are busy and we all make mistakes but how we deal with our mistakes defines us. I called and talked to a nice lady who sounded like she was actually sad that my order was wrong and offered to have me talk to the manager without me asking. The manager came on the line and took my information off the receipt and asked if I could go back and they would make a brand new sandwich. I said I have a limited time that I am allowed to eat lunch and she said it was their mistake and offered to take my address and have one couriered to my work address. I was floored! This speaks volumes to their commitment to their customers. Mercedes Benz, American Express and now Zoi's. I posted their menu in my break room and told everyone in my office of such wonderful care and commitment to customer satisfaction. 5 star outstanding. The food is also 5 star...

This place rocks! Our party of 10 had brunch on a busy Friday morning. Zoi's staff was very accommodating and placed us in our own section called "The Ivy Room" which had a garage door wall and allowed a nice breeze to come through as well as the sounds of the city. Our orders came out quickly and without error. What really impressed me was watching how many people zoi's served while we leisurely enjoyed our breakfast. There was a continuous line of people but it moved steadily and there were no frowns to be seen. Food was delicious and just what we all needed after a wedding the night before. I recently bought a white chocolate macadamia cookie at Zoi’s. One of the best cookies I have ever had! I went in the next morning to grab a coffee so I mentioned to the nice woman behind the counter how good the cookie was. She mentioned that one guy makes them everyday. The owner overheard our conversation and told me that Kevin, the baker, has been with Zoi’s for 20 years!!! Talk about dedication! The owner then pointed out Kevin to me and I thanked him.
