I ordered the Liberian kidney beans and it was not cooked all the way. There was actual no soup with beans and the beans came as if they just emptied it straight from the can and warmed it up no actual base (blended onions/peppers so that it’s stew like) that it should be made with like the real Liberian way. I also had to add seasoning for taste just to eat it. Maybe I bought on the wrong day idk but it was not worth the money. So far the only other Liberian restaurant I tried was harvest kitchen and I will say I was impressed with them I got the palm butter with fufu and it was made correctly and seasoned well so I know the cook there has to be Liberian. I’m not too sure if they actually have Liberian cook here if so please find another one that can cook...

Read moreThe food itself was absolutely delicious. I ordered jollof rice and chicken - the rice was tasty and the chicken was delicious.
I placed an order for takeout and when I arrived, I waited 10 minutes before anyone came out to speak with me. The restaurant seemed unaware of my order even though I received a message stating my order had been received.
The place is a ripoff - for $27 dollars I got a single drumstick of chicken alone, much smaller than the picture, with a decent portion of rice. Had the chicken portion been larger, it would have been worth it (about 2 meals worth) but otherwise this place isn’t worth the...
