Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Crystal

I have been going to this location at least once a month for the past 3 years and this time I will leave my honest review. Maybe once out of the year I'll dine in with my wife and when we dine in everything is fine. The reason for this 1* review is because out of those other times I'll order wings for take out. Most of the time I order from this location for take out there is something wrong with what I get. Those times that something is wrong is because I'l always over paying for my wings. In other words, when I get home I'll find a wing or two short of my request. Other times my wings are too dry and cold.

Today 6/16/2015, I experienced both issues. I called in for take out, asked for the wings to be "Extra Wet" with sauce because its usually dry or seems like its premade hours ahead and really thats all I asked for. I picked it up the girl at the counter showed me whats in the box and after the first one which was the basket of wedges that I also order with the wings I told her I didnt need to see the rest because I trust that everything should be fine. When I got home and started eating something didnt seem right, first thing i noticed were the sticker that stated the wings were "EXTRA WET" but the wings were dry, I grabbed one and took a bite and it was warm/cold and finally I counted the wings and I was short 3 wings. Basically I paid for 16 traditional wings and only got 13. I called the shop and asked for a manager and they hung up. Called again they put me on hold for 15mins and I just hung up. That is what lead me to leaving this negative review. I dont normally complain, I usually take what I get, but if in one day they make 100 customers pay for 2 extra wings thats an extra $120-130 they pocket. It is a big deal and its...

By far the worst experience I have had at a B-dubs. Wife and I went to grab a bite to eat and watch the soccer game for MNUFC. When we got there, the big sign said “please wait to be seated” 10 minutes or so go by and no one came to seat us. We decided to seat ourselves at the bar and came across 5 employees standing on their phones doing nothing.

Our bartender, Jenna went and ID’d us because we “didn't look 40 years old” which is understandable. Then two guys looking way younger than us (we’re mid twenties) sat next to us and were not checked. Jenna (I think she had pinkish hair) was also very rude and once complained about bartending in front of us. She greeted us with an attitude and a “my TV’s aren’t working so if you came for something specific I cant help you”. She gave my wife condescending comments while we were ordering. For example “what would you like… I’ll have the 6 boneless with garlic Parmesan… so do you like want fries or not?” I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was disgusting and clogged in the toilet and urinal. Eventually my wife and I got our food and it was sub par. With our experience already, we decided to pay and leave.

At some point a man looking like a customer was behind the bar with some glassware and it turns out he was an employee just with no uniform at all and a bald spot behind his head. Managers weren’t visible and I didn’t ask for one at that point because I knew my comments were not going to be calmly delivered.

It is a shame because I've worked customer service, hospitality, and in restaurants and none of the etiquettes were presented to us during our time there. We didn’t want to leave having not given a tip, but it definitely was a representation of the service...

I called Saturday to make a reservation for 20 for Sunday i was told by a worker and manager that i couldn’t make a reservation i was fine with that and told them i would just be there early to get our tables. I came in Sunday at 1:30 and asked if they could make room for 20 and i was told they had tables set out for my party already but they told me they couldn’t the day before so thats why i showed up early to guarantee our tables part one of my inconvenience. I then waited for my party and valentina our waitress was great she was on top of all of our orders. I was waiting on my brother and had to order our orders after and valentina was fine and keeping up with all the ask of our party. I tried to help by cleaning up after my party as well to make it easier on the workers. During our time here i had about 3 drinks that were mainly watered down but i didn't mind until i was told i was not allowed another. I was not the driver and i was no where near intoxicated to be cut off was crazy. I didn't make a fuss i paid my bill, tipped my waitress and left.

Ive never delt with anywhere ever cutting me off because they have a drink limit to customers. I will not be back just giving a heads up this is not a place to have a good time just eat and leave.

My pregnant cousin also asked for extra queso and sour cream on her nacho and was told that it was extra when brought out but it didn't even look as if they put any queso and a small amount of sour cream and she had to ask for more. Her mozzarella sticks were cold as well.

Overall our waitress was amazing but i will not be back over issues with food portions and not being able to have another drink if...
