Mo's Chinese Kitchen Inc — Restaurant in New Lenox

Customer Service Horrible with (Caucasian) teenage snob. messed up order on phone when Chinese lady didn't understand what we said. So when we get home and check they forgot to throw in The White 🍚 Rice.

I called and told them. They said no prob, we'll throw in something else for mistake. I say " ok. Thanks! , How about potstickers?" ..."oh no, sorry there's a limit. You can have egg roll or spring roll." 🤔

Ok..well I don't want anything fried ...but , sure I guess if that's my ONLY option for your mistake...ok. I get home and my wife asked why is there fried shrimp appetizer...instead of Shrimp & Brown Rice Dinner that she ordered.

It wasn't the girl's fault at all, until she started giving very rude/disrespectful tone.on the phone and in person (probably due to stress of her first job & it's been a busy weekend for them I'm sure), but there's no excuse. She tells me that what we have is what we paid for. I agreed, and explained that wasn't what my wife wanted and asked to RETURN all the (UNEATEN) FOOD, and just get a substitution SINCE SHE REFUSED to REFUND US...

she said "Maybe, but you'd have to come up here with all the food and you'll have to pay a little more to receive more because of the cold food... I said oK??! And NEVER CAME BACK

It was mostly a miss for me, and I don't think I'll be ordering from this Mo's in New Lenox for awhile. Which is weird because their Orland location tastes a lot better.

Chicken on a stick: 4/5 Freshly made, good taste & texture

Shrimp w/lobster sauce: 1/5 Shrimp were small and there weren't a lot of them. Drowned them in lobster sauce, which was too salty

Mo's Special Steak: 1/5 Steak was tough and dry and I wanna say from a poor cut of meat. Sauce wasn't really any good.

Orange Chicken: 1/5 I think maybe this dish was pre-made earlier, and was sitting around for awhile. The chicken was dry and tough, and not very flavorful. Even the sauce couldn't save it.

Crab Rangoon: 4/5 This dish was freshly made and flavorful.

Potstickers: 1/5 -Whoever made this clearly does not know how to make potstickers

On the plus side, the order was ready quickly and packaged...

Ordered a large food order for delivery. I was told 30 min, after 50 minutes I called and was told the driver had a lot of deliveries and that he was on his way. The food arrived an hour after placing the order, it was cold and incorrect. It was just terrible but I had paid over 50 bucks and so we ate it but it was terrible I called the restaurant to say we were unhappy and disappointed. I never asked for my money back but I was offered a credit from whomever answered the call, she put me on hold and the owner a very curt and obnoxious woman got on the phone and called me a liar, said they left my food on a porch and was rambling on, she would not listen to the FACT that she was mistaken my food was handed to me, whatever bottom line the food SUCKED HER ATTITUDE SUCKED DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR...
