I’ve had so many problems from All Aboard. One being from their front people who don’t know what’s going on or they are rude. I order last week from them penne with broccoli and garlic and oil. THE most Italian simple dishes out there. I called 40 minutes before they closed seeing as I live 5 minutes up the road the minute she answers it’s we are not taking delivery. I said that is fine but still wondering if your open until 9 why you aren’t taking delivery as every other Italian places does! She told me rudely 15 minutes I got there in 10 so I wasn’t effecting closing and the door was locked. 15 mins to close I couldn’t believe it. Then I call tonight for the same order and they are telling me it’s not on the menu so they can not make it. You are an Italian restaurant how could you not make penne with broccoli and oil!?!? So your telling me you can’t make a simple Italian dish that you have ALL the ingredients for very simple and you get and attitude with me? Bravo got my call and had no problem in making it even IF it wasn’t on their ‘Italian menu’. Today one of my events required food so I decided to go with all aboard Pizza because they are the closest pizza restaurant to the place I am hosting at today. I ordered three large pizzas and asked that they'd be cut in squares. The woman on the phone told me no they do not do that. I explained to her it was for seniors and that it would be best based on the quantity of people and their appetite. If they could please cut it in squares. She said they will not do that. Really poor customer service. It is just a matter of which direction you are rolling your pizza cutter in and refusing for a sale for three large pizzas which could have been ongoing business for a very long time. Read moreGood food, but we ended up bringing our own plates back up to the counter for the check because we were ignored for 15 minutes while the waitress went back and forth between her phone and talking to the workers in the kitchen. We were the only customers there, so there was no excuse for any of the employees at the front to ignore us. We found out later is that she was texting the owner which is fine, but he should not be contacting employees on their personal phone during working hours and distracting them from their jobs. Also, one of the younger male workers had such attitude about being called out that he got loud with me and my boyfriend when neither of us had raised our voices, literally took my card from my hands, rang me up, and then threw my card across the counter at me afterwards.
