I have posted last year about this same location. Unfortunately, they didn't like my review and blocked me, so I have to use my partners phone to leave this review. He'll get blocked too.
We went back and decided to try this location again last Sunday. Well... even worse this time. We went at approximately 8:30pm. We ordered 4 chicken burritos and a bowl. We were given for two of the burritos. In them were the very LAST dried up scrapings of chicken. I got a scoop. My.partner got about 1/2 a scoop. We continued (Unfortunately) with the order. Everything was dried out and at the bottom of the bin... They had barely anything left, so it was the luck of the draw. When it came to guacamole... the usual...absolutely lnone left. I had to go to Stop 'n Shop to buy that separately.
We ordered the rest of our items. The 2 burritos and the bowl. Thankfully, for my son's there was new chicken to be had. Everything else scrapings. Ordered 2 bags of chips. One had normal amount. The other... 1/4 filled??? Was that their snack bag???
There's absolutely no management running any of hese locations. Just kids who don't really care. And it shows....
There's no way to contact the higher ups. There's business cards at the locations, but numbers are turned off. There's no recourse. I sent an email. Absolutely NO response back....They obviously don't care about their customers satisfaction.
This franchise (all of them) has no care or concern for their customers. They hide in plain sight.

Read moreWent to pick up mobile order at indicated time and wasn't ready. Had an employee ask the name of the order and didn't receive it until 10 minutes after the scheduled time. After handing me my food I asked where my chips and queso was and they said they were out of chips (shouldn't they tell me?). I told them unwanted a refund for my chips and they told me to contact customer support. The food was completely wrong, the rice bowls I ordered were missing a ton of stuff. I ordered half carne asada and half barbacoa and there was literally only a few small pieces of barbacoa, a very tiny portion of rice,no beans, no salsa or fajita veggies, plus missing the guac I wanted on top. They didn't tell me they were out of anything and gave me less than a child's portion.
After coming back inside I questioned what they gave me, they offered to remake it. My wife's was in the same state,just a small portion of rice, meat and cheese. I asked for the queso I paid for at this point and they handed me a small cup. I told them it was a large and at this point the employee questioned my order demanding my receipt (like I'm trying to steal food after they were trying to steal my money lmao),and the employee looked at it and half shrugged and got me a 3/4 full cup of queso.
Got home and noticed they still barely gave my wife anything in her bowl, while mine was ok at best (and ice cold at this point). I told them you really need to start telling people when you're missing half the menu and the manager(?) apologized.

I was so perplexed by these bad reviews because it’s chipotle…it’s supposed to be the same everywhere… I read through the reviews and we decided to give it it a go since nothing seemed egregious. And it turned out perfectly fine.
I have no idea what the people who left bad reviews were expecting…it’s chipotle! The prices are the same everywhere, you’re not going to get greeted at the door because of how they’re set up, and it’s not the workers’ fault if they run out of an ingredient. It was empty when we arrived at 9:30 on a Sunday night when we picked up our mobile order, and they were really thoroughly cleaning everything, which I was really pleased with.
In summary: most of the negative comments on here are just Karen’s with ridiculous expectations. If you’re craving chipotle this is a great...
