Older blonde lady with a fake tan at the register was very unpleasant. I tried returning stuff I got from my bday that clearly wasn’t opened, in its original packaging, and still had part of the tags on it, but obviously my friend removed the price. The lady said one item was from Halloween, I saw all the items full price on the shelves this week!! She refused to return the items saying they need full price tags… I tried explaining nicely that it was a gift so that’s why part of the tag is missing. The lady was so rude and gave me an attitude!!! I’ve returned plenty of gift items with half tags or no tags, but in original packaging, and it was always taken back, and the employees were always pleasant. Please retrain this unacceptably...

I had the best experience at Home Goods today. 1st, the girl that was greeting at the door, Molly, was so sweet and inviting. We had so many questions and she answered everything and helped us put many items aside for purchase. The gentleman that was working in the store was the same, very helpful, as were the girls at the front desk.
