The staff works hard and are trying their best but when it comes to the service, and preparing the product (the food) there's a lot of room for improvement. I've given this location 5 tries and everytime there's been an issue. This last time was just a bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese and a butternut toffee ice latte with oat milk and less ice large. I said the order three times while ordering because the person taking my order was repeating back to me small parts but not what I said. Once I got up to the window the price did not match the price for ordering off the app or the price of me ordering from another location. The drink I was given had the label of a large ice original latte less ice. The other locations printers show the proper label so when I asked about it I was expecting them to say it was the wrong drink but instead they assured me it was the right drink. When I took a sip the drink it tasted like water and milk (definitely not oatmilk) when I mentioned it to the staff the personal said it should taste like toffee and took it back and added the flavoring to the drink but still handed me back a drink that obviously still had the wrong milk so as it stood, I can't drink this drink that costed me $5+. When looking at the bagel the bagel is barely warm let alone toasted and the most miniscule amount of cream cheese was on the bagel. (Something tbh I've never seen at a Dunkin other than this location). To top it off I asked for my recipet twice but I don't think anyone heard me. I have a lot of anxiety so I decided to just say thank you, pay for my order and go but I can't justify going to this location anymore. This isn't the first time food has been made carelessly here or the first time that the incorrect milk was put in my drink. Read moreThis Dunkin Donuts at 163 Danbury Road in New Milford Connecticut. Is not a nice place to bring your children too. There was no manger on duty when I went there at 4:30pm on October 12th. There was only three employees there. One was new and he was trying his best to take orders in the front. Then there was two employees fighting and yelling at each other. There was no manger on duty to stop this from happening.These two employees were supposed to take care of the customers. One was suppose to take orders and one was suppose to cook the food. I was waiting for my food for ten minutes. Because the employee who was suppose to make my food had to go to the drivethru and take the orders because the drivethru employee walked out. Now the new employee his name is Nick had to leave the front counter and make my food and he apologize to the customers at the front counter that he will be right their to take their order. Those customers at the front counter told him don't worry take your time we will wait why you finish getting her order together which is my order. I would go back only if there is a manger on duty and the employees don't fight and yell in front of the customers. This Dunkin Donuts use to be a nice place. Now this Dunkin Donuts got alot of problems with their employees. Because now the customers saw alot of fighting and yelling and no manger their to stop it. Pulled around, waited almost 10 minutes for my order, received it and left as I was running late without checking assuming after this long it would be right. Realized once I got to work 10 minutes away that I was given egg and cheese on a bagel, so I drove back and this time went inside instead to ask for my order to be corrected. Waited about another 10 minutes to receive my order... left and I guess stupidly didn't check my order and drove back to work, now running even later, only to just have opened my bagel and received the EXACT SAME order as before, egg and cheese on a bagel. Incompetent idiots at this store, I'd avoid it entirely until someone teaches them how to read.
