To preface I've never written a review before or felt the need to do so because I don't want to trash small businesses. I brought my phone in about a month or more ago because I had cracked my back glass on my iPhone 12 Pro. The pricing seemed reasonable and he was a very nice guy! When I come back I see that there is a dead pixel on my front screen(must have been an accident while glue was setting). Wonderful shop owner replaces it for free and admits something happened. Awesome, that's great service! Now the BAD. After the service had been done I went on vacation and accidentally left my phone in my pocket while wading in the water(fresh water). I realize the mistake within seconds and immediately rush my phone out of the water and dry it off in the sun for hours just in case. After those hours passed I turned on my phone to see not just a little water condensation but a noticeable amount in all 3 back cameras (that now struggle to focus up close) the front camera which has residue and Face ID no longer works. I addition to that, my cellular connectivity completely is lost at points and comes back intermittently(with a complete phone restart). To add, my back glass repair seems to be genuine but one of the cameras is completely loose in the back glass because I believe it was not properly soldered or glued (Update, 2 months after repair, back glass shattered completely). It was confirmed that my phone would have the same waterproofing capabilities and I wouldn't have to worry. Iphone 12 Pro has a 3M+ water resistance and has been tested to exceed that by a significant margin. I am admitting fault in bringing the phone in the water but I feel this shouId not have happened in the first place. I love right to repair and third party repair option and will advocate for them unwaveringly. I am a very understanding person who gives second chances so anything to rectify the situation would be welcomed. Please don't let this singular review overshadow seemingly glowing reviews from...

I highly recommend CT Cell Tech Repair! I have been here several times for different issues. Each time I’m met with excellent customer service and quality repairs. On separate occasions over the years - I have gotten a new battery, new back glass and most recently, a new screen / display. The prices are very reasonable and actually way less than I expected. Okan gives exemplary guest services. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain everything, so I can become more knowledgeable about my iPhone. Update~ Dec 2024 Thanks to Ahmed, I got immediate service on a swollen and deficient battery today. I asked many questions. He took the time to speak with me about all topics related to iPhone and the issues I’ve been having. I now feel like a more informed consumer; (as I am not a big tech person.) I walked in and needed a new battery for my iphone X, the dude there was nice and gave me a 45minute-1hour time for a new battery in the phone. I come back a little over an hour later and he's still not done, and once he sees me walk in he starts scrambling his hand across the desk knocking things over trying to get my phone together as fast as possible, so i tell him to take his time i don't care how long it takes. I get my phone back, it is no longer waterproof/water resistant because he didn't seal it properly and he slams my phone into the case and puts it on like a child. I get home charge it to 100% and didn't touch it, exactly like he told me. And my phone last maybe 10-15 minutes longer. I don't think $80 is worth 10-15 minutes more of usage. I highly recommend going somewhere else where the emloyees more professional, I am very dissatisfied of the quality he used and how he acted towards the end when i got my phone back.
