Chose to get some work done for a couple hours to enjoy the nice weather and stay productive. Ordered a pastry and a latte for-here and sat outside. I assumed one of the two ladies behind the bar would be thoughtful enough to walk the latte outside to me but after a while of waiting, I realized they chose to leave it sitting at the pass while they chatted with arms folded. I had to pack up my laptop, water bottle, and papers back into my bag just to go in and grab my coffee as I didn’t think it was a great idea to leave an iPhone and MacBook and all at an outside table. I thought I’d also bring my plate to them since I was already going up to the pass, to save them a trip outside since most places clear your table if you order food. Instead, I grabbed my latte and after placing my empty plate down, the taller woman said “The bus bin is behind you, thanks.” I’ll finish my drink and try to get some work done but overall this has been such a disappointing experience. I’ve worked as a barista for years and as a server for years. I would never treat a customer the way they treated me. Hope to not have to come...

It was...meh.

It's a nice place: I liked being able to sit in the window and watch the world go by - New Orleans never fails to provide interest. I liked the chairs and tables outside, though today was just too stinking hot to use them. However, I mainly came for the coffee and that was...meh.

I don't know whether the barista was just having an off day, but I ordered the day's special espresso, expecting to get something that the barista had really dialled in, and what I actually got was bland and thoroughly unexciting. There might have been the faintest touch of Turkish Delight, but there wasn't even the slightest hint of the rose or the stonefruit that I was led to expect.

I'd try it again - it might have just been 'one of those shots' - but this was a pretty disappointing first experience.

Update: I've been back - several times - and that first time was just 'one of those shots.' Since then, the coffee has been consistently interesting and complex, and the tea is...

I’m giving this coffee shop two stars because the coffee itself was actually decent although I’ve had much better. The customer service; however, was not. My son and I came in very early on our way back home and we were dropped of by Uber so we had our bags with us. The blonde heavyset guy at the front was not very pleasant at all. I had obviously never been there before and he just stood there staring at me as if I was annoying him as I scanned the menu. I ordered our drinks and then asked if they had croissants (the food menu was no where in sight) his response was “no we don’t have that” and that’s it. I would have given him the benefit of the doubt because it was early but when several white couples/families came in he was very pleasant with them. There was a really nice tall guy that came in a little later(I think he may have been the owner or manager) Next time I’m in NOLA I will find another coffee...

Such an aesthetically appealing place! The atmosphere is very chill and conducive for studying/focused work. Beautiful tile work on the floor that I just have to mention. I absolutely love how they lost their pour over options, with a description listed to help you decide. Also, the fact their sign says they love questions…definitely helps create an inviting atmosphere, especially for those like me who want to learn more about coffee but may feel intimidated. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which stayed true as I sat an overheard them speaking to many customers. I WISH they had more merch to buy - I had my heart set on a tumbler they have listed on their website!

Fantastic coffee place with a great atmosphere and personality. The servers were friendly and fun to chat to, and the array of coffee choice as well as styles was great. I had a lavender latte with oat milk which was delicious and well balanced - you could actively taste the lavender without feeling like you're drinking soap! My brother had the special Jazz Dad (a maple bourbon-flavoured cortado with a mini waffle cookie on the side), which was very different but equally delicious. Went back a short while later for an iced single origin coffee (it's so hot today! ;-)). Great experience from start to finish.

Open every day at 7 a.m., this Warehouse District specialty coffee roaster is how I wish every specialty latte tastes. Their cinnamon French toast latte wasn't too sweet, allowing the quality of the coffee and flavors to stand out. My wife enjoyed her cardamom latte and our daughter LOVED the "Everything Is Awesome" drink just for kids (steamed milk dyed blue with vanilla and Lucky Charm marshmallows on top). If you like coffee tonics, order the "New" Old Fashioned. The cafe itself is designed well with seats inside, in the outdoor hallway, and outside. Service was friendly and efficient.
