McDonald's — Restaurant in New Orleans

This establishment has been renovated from the inside and out, but what this location needs is good customer service staffing! I was very disturb by the way the cashier takes there time when taking a customer order and not once welcoming customers to this establishment. I order a large sweet tea that was not sweet tea but water down sugar. The manager on duty should be tasting each sweet tea that is out in the lobby for consistency! As I brought this up to management that was on duty, her response was the machine does everything..."Really"! No sorry about that sir, let me let you try the sweet tea that's in our drive thru! Greeting each customer and making sure to invite them back soon, is how it should be. The beverage dispense area was dirty and in the drainage holes was dirty! The lobby in general is very nice but I was kinda uncomfortable with all the homeless people that sits inside this location and not buying anything! There needs to be accountability from the upper management team on down!I would be wary when coming this this location, and I would not recommend this location to my followers nor my family or friends until there's better customers service and the lotering inside this establishment is stopped!...

When it comes to fast food, my expectations are already low, but my experience at this location was so negative, I am writing this review in the hope that others might be spared the frustration. This location has a 24 hour drive through. There was only one car in front of us (not ordering, but at the window). Nobody took our order. We waited in silence for a good five minutes, so we drive around again. Same thing. So I decided to drive up to the pick-up window. I saw an employee carrying on with the occupants of the car in front of us. By this time, there was a car in front of that one, presumably waiting for their food (in vain) and now another car behind us waiting at the order station who were also being ignored. Eventually, the only employee I saw looked over at us, laughed, and went in with his conversation. Meanwhile, there were at least two cars circling, being ignored. Also, while I was waiting to be acknowledged by a disinterested employee, I saw a family of rats run across the parking lot. Even though I live down the street and patronize McDonalds more than j care to admit, I’ll never go to this...

Went here on Sat August 27 2023 approximately 7:00p.m. This place was a circus ran by teens Even the supervisor she looked to be a teenager, they wasn't even listening to her, especially this younger black guy who was walking around playing in out of the restroom doing nothing as his supervisor was trying to get him to work, then he had the nerve to say "today is my last training day" I was like... Dude you're not doing nothing and you're new. Was going to tell them something, but I was like I'm not going to jail for fighting kids, as y'all know you can't tell some of these kid of this generation nothing with confrontation, because I knew it would've been something if I told them something as they were very disrespectful and immature already and I had somewhere to be and they wasn't worth my blood pressure, I'm an adult who knows better, so I left after waiting decades for orders. But this store is disgusting and need real adult supervision if they're going to hire a group of kids. But I'll have the images of the disrespectful kid Posted also, as something...
