I ran in here a few minutes ago to get a few sugar free items as I’ve just had bariatric surgery a few days ago. I paid for my items with my kids. As I’m heading out the door, a guy I see from my peripheral view comes running with all his might saying “excuse me ma’am, ma’am, did you happen to pay for those items?” I said what do you mean did i just pay, of course i just paid! He said well I was in the back and I came and saw you walking out and I didn’t see you in the line. Mind you, other customers are walking out the door as well, of course they aren’t my color though. I said how come you aren’t questioning everyone walking out of the door then? He says i don’t mean to be discriminatory, but I just needed to be sure because I don’t remember seeing you paying for anything in line. I said do you need to see me receipt? He said no it’s fine, I said no look at since you think I came in this store, stole a bunch of items, bagged them myself and proceeded to walk out of your door WITH YOUR SECURITY GUARD STANDING RIGHT THERE. I’m appalled and OFFENDED, I have spent so much money in Robert’s so to even be approached as if I have to steal anything is crazy! And I’ll definitely be speaking to my attorney, having the cameras pulled and proceeding with a lawsuit. Shame on Robert’s for having racist...

Really love this store. The prices can be higher than other stores more often than not, but the quality of produce and the availability of customer support is worth it.

Upon entering the store you should see a table immediately to the left, there will be gloves, and sometimes masks, with hand sanitizer as well for your safety during this Covid pandemic.

I also really enjoy the fact that it’s across the road from my favorite bar, the Phoenix, and is adjacent to another favorite, Starbucks. Robert’s fresh market also does cash back at the register to the dollar. So if you wanted to get 3 in cash you could. Just click other when the quick menu pops up with preset prices and it will let you key in a number.

If you are a cheese connoisseur and charcuterie expert, this store is the one for you! They have a decent amount of cheeses to select from. All the cool stuff you’ve never heard of like blueberry goat cheese ? Or jalapeño jelly.

PROS: Not really "budget friendly", but they have good deals/sales. Enjoy the meat, sushi, and bakery department, they are always perfectly presented and clean. I really enjoy the friendly staff. Cute holiday vibes/decor. The salad bar is yummy. I just wish they would mix the pasta salad ever hr or so... it gets dry on top and doesn't look appetizing. Management is professional.

CONS: "PJ's coffee shop" located inside are always out of different milks...which doesn't make sense your in a store. One time all they had was drip coffee and the employee was rude about informing me about it. Also they didn't use a temperature gadge while frothing milk for a hot latte. I have burned my tongue several times last year and haven't bought any coffee since. When I asked the baristas why they didn't check the temperature, they replied they "don't have one", didn't offer a refund or to make another one even though I always tip. As a professional barista myself, this is unsafe and...
