So, foremost.. im generally the kind of person who doesnt leave negative reviews because they are rarely helpful to the situation... BUT , I rented a place for the weekend nearby, me and my wife were having a kind of rest and recovery day.. we decided to go to this little neighborhood bar down the road to watch the saints preseason game..(we hate the chiefs), it was very much the kinda place we normally hang back home.. everyone was crazy friendly and the atmosphere was fun with the game, however, the bartender.. she was crazy rude to my wife , couldnt be bothered, eye rolling.. normal bar stuff cool.. I get it, but she was constantly outside smoking, the people next to us who I guess were regulars then informed us she was pregnant? Which she clearly was, but we weren't trying to make a thing out of it..they had the same problem, couldn't order anything because the bartender was outside on her phone having a smoke. Read moreAll I can say is “wow”. I was blown away by how friendly the staff was, especially the owner. I came in one evening feeling extremely out of sorts because I had neglected to eat lunch earlier. The owner himself made me a chili cheese dog that was delightful, and the bartender Duane made sure I had a nice glass (or two) of water before he offered me a shot of Malort.
