Arby's — Restaurant in New Philadelphia

I had the worst experience of my life at this Arby’s. We walked in at 7:52 and a manager proceeded to tell us that the lobby closed in 5 minutes. We ordered our food, waited……waited some more….and more waiting. After over 13 and a half minutes of watching all the cars in the drive thru get food and seeing our food sit on the counter getting cold I asked for a refund and the employee blew me off and told another employee it’s only 20 more seconds and walked to the back while a young lady apologized and offered a make up card while the one who ignored me went to the manager. The manager proceeds to yell “I really don’t care”. We took our food and left and called customer service, they said we would receive a phone call from upper management which hasn’t happened yet 2 days later. If your management has this attitude towards customer service then maybe they should...

Avoid this location! Last night I pulled up at the drive thru at 945pm and they said they were closed (they close at 10pm). I said I had placed a mobile order and they said, oh...pull around. After some waiting I was handed 1 bag stuffed with 5 sandwiches, 1large fry, and a chicken bacon loaded fries. Needless to say the bag ripped and the fries and sauces hit the ground. They made me another order of fries which turned out to be 1/4 the size when I got home. Also my chicken bacon loaded fries turned out to be fries with a dab of cheese on it. That's it! I will never go back as this isn't the first time this location couldn't fulfill a simple order. Avoid this place and go to any other...

The service was terrible. We waited a good 20 minutes for our food. One of the employees was running around and loudly saying the "F" word in front of my kids. They finally gave us most of our food and said they would bring the rest out to us. They forgot to bring the rest of our food, I had to go ask for it again....It was sitting on a tray on the counter. I forgot to mention other than the drive thru that we were the only people inside eating. The place was also trashed inside, the floor by the counter had soda spilled everywhere that no one bothered to mop up and was extremely sticky. There were French fries all over the floor as well as straw wrappers and napkins. I...
