Truly the worst Chipotle I have ever stepped foot in. Corporate should take away their franchise. The absolute laziest employees in any franchise. The managers must not care and the owner must live in Florida or he figures it’s cheaper to operate this way and close down on a few more years and try something new.
It’s like we forget how bad this place is and go back every few months. Or maybe we just can’t believe the employees are this bad and we figure it will be better this time. They aren’t. They stink.
Our latest order they literally threw our food in our bag. See photos. It caused everything to leak all over my new car. One of our meals had barely any food in it. See photo. The burrito wasn’t even together and was totally ripped. Every other chipotle would redo it or double tap it. Not this one! We ordered a large bag of chips we got a small.
The sour cream was funky. Looked like cottage cheese.
And the kicker? They had NO DRESSING for the salad. Normally I’d laugh it off but guess what? The his location NEVER has dressing. Do you know why? It’s an extra step to prep and they are too LAZY to do it. We’ve been coming here every so often for two years and always order a salad and ONE TIME AND they had dressing.
Speaking of not wanting to prep… unsweetened iced tea. They never have it anymore. Chipotle corporation didn’t get rid of it as every other chipotle has it. This location just doesn’t want to make it because they are lazy. I took my drink cup last visit and when there wasn’t iced tea I went to the woman working and asked for it. She said “we don’t carry iced tea”. So I explained to her that there is a spot on the beverage station that says “iced tea”. This woman has never even seen it at this location since they don’t want to make it.
Never have I hoped a place goes out of business and an entire group of people lose their jobs like I do with this place.

I've given this location way too many chances but I have reached the point that I know I will NEVER visit here again. I placed an online order and and after 40 minutes of waiting I still ended up walking away with nothing. The most ridiculous part is that there were times people were walking in ordering in person and leaving meanwhile the seating area was FULL of people standing around waiting for their online orders. At times there was legitimately no one in line to order in person. You would think then they'd make fulfilling the online orders a priority but NOPE. I tried asking if my order could be made on the main bar but NOPE. It also seemed like the TWO people working on the online orders were moving super slow, and it felt very intentional. I eventually asked to just cancel my order because even if I'd gotten it at that point I didn't have enough time to eat it because AND drive back to work. Two different staff members told me that I would have to cancel it on the app. I saw no such option on the app and when I asked to be directed on how to do that, finally a third staff member admitted that its not an option on the app and she offered to give me a refund on the register. My order was not ready when I went to pick up at the suggested pickup time on the order confirmation.
When I inquired about my order, the staff (woman on the pickup counter next to the register) ignored me, spoke disrespectfully and asked me to step away.
While I was waiting for 30 additional minutes, this staff member made 6 other customer orders while ignoring my already “Late order”
When I made a complaint to the “manager, general, he had no idea how to instruct the staff to prioritize my order that was already late, instead the manager genera gives me an attitude and walks away
When I asked for a refund, the manager general simply refused and said call 1800 number.
I have been to this chipotle more than 500 times and never had experienced this type of bad disrespectful behavior.
I have been to at least, 50 other Chipotle stores and never have ever experienced this as well.
Very sad to see how these employees at Chipotle, Springfield Avenue, Nee Providence NJ simply did not know how to serve a customer with respect and provide the product she had rightfully purchased...
