Workers and manager here discriminate customers with special needs. I came here with my child with special needs. The employees and manager treated my son as he was a suspect who planed to steal drinks from their cooler when he was standing in front of it could not decide what he wanted. The employee ignored me as I tried to place my order and starred intensively with hostile attitude toward my child. When I questioned the employee, he told me that he is watching my child because he thinks my child is going to steal drinks from the cooler as many other kids did. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager gave no apology and did not even respond to me. I placed an order today for my co-worker: a drink that I don’t order myself, mind you; therefore, it was my first time ordering it. The man taking my order was so rude! I ordered a large iced green tea matcha, and just because I didn’t say the word “latte” after it I was getting the third degree. He kept loudly repeating himself and relaying to his co-worker “Why does she gotta order it like that?” - saying it over and over like I wasn’t standing at the register/wasn’t able to hear him complaining about how I ordered the drink. The a.m. manager Donovan (same man that’s been in multiple negative reviews I see) yelled at me and humiliated me in front of a lobby full of people for being in the restroom for 16 minutes (I have stomach problems and just got abdominal surgery) never in my life have I experienced something like this.
