The Juice House — Restaurant in New Providence

Every time I come I come usually around 3. First the workers are extremely rude. Second when I go to sit down to eat my food inside they say we cannot sit inside because they need to put the chairs up A HOUR EARLY and they need to sweep so we cannot stay inside. I do not want to sit in the 40 degree weather and eat my food I would like to sit inside. When I was here today after they kicked us out to sit outside because they wanted to close and clean A HOUR early a little kid walked up to the back door to go in to get a bowl they saw him and locked the back door so the child had to walk around the entire building. They did this so again they could clean the place ONE HOUR EARLY. I am extremely disappointed and very taken back over this. The food is amazing do not get my wrong but the people who work there are so rude and this makes me not want to come...

I absolutely LOVE Juice House! When I lived in Colonia I went to the Garwood location at least once a week. To be honest, I refuse to buy an açaí bowl from any other establishment. I still stop at the Garwood location whenever I am in the area. My only reasoning behind my 1 star is the fact that this location is NEVER open when I try to go. I work in Stirling and have tried on at least 5 occasions to stop in, but they are always closed. It’s so upsetting because I get so excited and I’ve been let down every time. I’m hoping the hours of operation can be change to accommodate us...

I am generally pro-Juice House but today I asked to leave out an item (chocolate chips) and they did NOT. It was peak busy but I tipped well for special request and am sort of annoyed since the prices aren't budget to begin with. They also put a lot of granola (with coconut) in even when you ask to go light. I am hoping that they try a bit harder to focus on details; little requests could be serious health issues for some. Might not be the best place for details when it's busy. Kids seemed to be trying, execution...
