Had a $10 gift card. The guy behind the counter in the red shirt says the card is no good(1). Then the girl who made the sandwich came over to watch him input the Info from the card. He then said again the card was no good(2). This is during lunch hours. Line is getting piled up. As I am contemplating on just paying it all in cash he tries again. He looks at me and tells me it's no good(3). As I look embarrassed about to say "I'll just pay in cash," the girl who made my sandwich looks on the screen and says "partial payment." Releived that I am about to leave, he hands me the card and receipt. No words of apology or thanks, like it was my fault. If I ever get a gift card for Jersey Mike's again, I will be tossing it. Not a great experience. And to the guy who said "This is the best Italian sandwich," you should get out more. We are basically in the heart of many fantastic places for best Italian Sandwich locations. Not to confuse, I think Jersey Mike's is not horrible. Read moreMy bf placed at online at 8:15 pm on 11/25/2020 with ASAP ready time. He Arrived at 8:40 to pick up the sandwiches only to get informed that they had run out of bread. While they stated they tried to call him there were no missed calls or messages from the store about the shortage. When he arrived the condiment station was already broken down and put away. Unfortunately that did very little to help us with obtaining dinner and resulted in us spending an additional $18 at another establishment.
I wish I could say this was a one time occurrence unfortunately this store has broken down early on at least two other previous occasions/visits. In a time when small businesses & franchises are hurting for customers, this is very disheartening. While we do enjoy their sandwiches, it’s moot if you they cannot be obtaining or are otherwise...
Read moreI was in a hurry to get some sandwiches and go to picnic with friends and kids. I went into the store, I was the only one in the store, they refused to take my order for 5 mins. Just because there were a few online orders before I came in. After 5 mins they asked whether I need cold or hot sub. I said cold, they said they cannot do cold sub at that moment just because online cold orders were still being prepared. Very disappointed by their way of managing orders and never come again. Yes I know first come first serve. But at least you have to take orders for customer who stands in front of you for mins, not just blindly preparing orders that no one would pick...
